We just wanted to try their milk teas since we often walk past this place and the facade is really catchy with all the animé decals. We finally got a chance and ordered (my usual choice) Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and a regular Pearl Milk Tea for my husband (they have different names for these drinks though). The presentation's really nice and for a second we thought it's good that we gave this place a try, until we had a sip and instantly regretted it. Sorry, but I believe reviews have to be brutally honest so the management will hear us out and do something to improve their products. The milk teas tasted like a cold beverage that's been left out overnight in room temp so the ice has all melted and now it's just mocha-colored water with equally tasteless bobas. We've tried so many milk teas before and this by far is the worst, really sorry. Reading the previous reviews sharing similar experiences, I think the management doesn't even care that customers are not satisfied with their products? I don't know. And to think their milk teas are priced at $7.30 for a regular cup (for this size at Coco or Gotcha, you only pay between 5.90 to 6.50). Definitely not going back. Hope they find a way to improve. We didn't want to waste food (cos these cost us $14.60), so we tried our best to finish it all up (see photo), but we couldn't. Sometimes trying out new stuff isn't worth it.

Morning Dawn - Mango Green Tea; Nothing too "special" about the flavour, though aestically attractive Northern Lights - berry flavour, however, very very sweet (and I consider myself a sweet tooth) Note: These slushy-like drinks are served in a bottle; If you drink very fast, you'll be left with a lot of ice slushy, have to wait for it to melt to drink the rest; I would honestly not recommend these drinks for their price (though they are aestically very nice) Peach Oolong Tea (Half Sugar) - Though asked for half sugar, tasted like there was no sugar; flavour of the tea was not very strong (though that may be a personal thing;) but it really tasted more like slightly infused water. Matcha Purple Rice Yoghurt - By far the best drink out of what I ordered, I reckon it tastes more like a refreshing desert rather than a "bubble tea"; The yogurt's slight sourness complements the purple rice and the matcha flavour. Highly recommend trying. Staff were friendly and the whole place has a nice vibe.

The only reason I took off one star is because parking was a nightmare. My fiancĂ© ended up jumping out of the car whilst I drove in laps until he was done haha. This was disappointing as I wanted to check out the store itself. We went yesterday which was a Monday but it was also a public holiday so that probably contributed to the traffic, though we went early. The beverages themselves were very tasty! I love the aesthetic of them too. My fiancĂ© learned bubble tea was not, in fact, his cup of tea but I tried his (he can’t remember what it was, a cocoa one?) and I thought it was very nice. I had the super popular brown sugar crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e (I had mine hot) and it was absolutely worth the hype. I also tried the brown sugar milk tea (cold) and I loved the tea flavour of that one. I would recommend, and I would drive the half hour to get there again (and I’ll plan ahead to cut laps ahaha).

Passionfruit green tea ???? ... um yeah this was a huge disappointment... for $9(large)... just bad and what is those spooky crunch bits? thought my teeth was breaking off. I ordered without sugar, which I'm used to drinking without sugar but the taste here was so... how do I describe it best... I'd say only have it after a greasy meal like kfc chicken or something super greasy because drinking this is like a pallet cleanser it's so dry and the aftertaste is like when you leave the teabag in the tea for 10 mins too long... it tastes like recycled plastics and chemicals. but you bought it so you'll drink it.

Purple rice yogurt (ordered with no sugar) and deerioca creme brulee were fine however...

by the time you drink the creme brulee you realise all the cream is at the bottom and only ice is left xD do you throw it out or try to get the creame with the big straw? the choice is yours!

oh and btw check if ubereats has promotion before going in person... might save you like $5 to get it delivered with an uber one membership giving you delivery discount too that's why I bought these 3 in one go. saved myself quite a bit of time/energy/money too than...

Waited 40 minites for my drink. Served by some short little girl with glasses. Saw everyone that came after me get their drinks one by one. The drink I ordered was apparently done but the little girl with glasses didn't even call my order or I couldn't hear her over the loud speakers in the back playing, tiny little girl needs to learn how to talk and yell out orders that are done.

She knew I was in the cafe waiting and we even made eye contact several times because I was checking back but never bothered to call out to me. When I got tired of waiting I finally came to her and she was giving me a smirk when I asked this was waiting here the whole time? But you never bothered to yell out to me, give me any gestures or come get me yourself?

Absolutely horrid servicing. The drink had been waiting for so long it became mush and lukewarm. And she never offered a replacement ju. Don't come here guys, staff are useless and drinks take too long. Either fire the short little girl with glasses or retrain her. I should've asked for a refund. Will never be coming back.

Because of her, I missed out on an important...
