ITS BACK!!! The pure enjoyment and happiness when I learnt that the foccacia was back has made my day, week, month and year. Thank you so much to the owner for listening to our prayers
Old Review It was a tale as old as time, man and his foccachia, I visited the coffee house very frequently for their famous sweet chilli chicken foccachia. I've brought friends from far and wide to come and try the foccachia with many leaving saying it's the best focchia they have ever had, one man even questioned his entire existence, who am I without this foccachia?.
I was taken aback today when I was told this was removed from the menu, shocked and deeply saddened like losing a family pet you've known for your whole life.
I will admit there is a subsistute for those in pursuit of the sweet chilli goodness, a wrap, however good, doesn't not carry the family name nearly as well. The same vibe as seeing the Eiffel tower in las Vegas, good but not the same.
I only ask for one thing, please bring the back the sweet chilli chicken foccachia, to not only save my sanity but to save the reviewer before me from taking a long walk off a short pier
Sincerely, A...
Read moreWe popped in here for breakfast to see what they had to offer, and first impression was with the QR code to order food. We much prefer the human interaction of someone taking our order, but we followed the instructions and ordered online via the QR code. The online ordering was thorough, and it gives you options on how to customise your order (runny eggs, crispy bacon, etc). So yes, you may pay a little bit more than other cheaper cafes around, but you'll receive excellent service, and top quality food. The only other observation was with the sound of the coffee machine. We sat near the front door, and that coffee machine is loud! So maybe consider sitting outside if the sound is too...
Read moreFor nearly three years now, The Coffee House in Ferntree Gully has been my little slice of heaven—a true second home. Every morning, as soon as I step through the door, I’m greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee that wraps around me like a warm hug. And the brekkie? Absolutely magic! The chef works wonders, dishing up creative and delicious meals that kick off my day just right.
But what really makes this place a gem are the people. The staff here aren’t just friendly—they’re my best mates, always ready for a chat and a laugh. And of course, Grant, the top bloke behind it all, makes every visit feel like catching up with old friends.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and swing by. Whether you’re a regular like me or just popping in, you’re bound to leave with a smile. Five stars,...
