We recently hosted a trivia night at The Union Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I cannot sing Mia's praises enough! She was absolutely incredible—constantly adjusting to whatever we needed and ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail and ability to handle any last-minute changes made the entire process stress-free.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the chefs did an amazing job catering to all dietary restrictions. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared (especially the fish and chips!) and our guests were so impressed with the quality and variety of the menu. It was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everyone had a great dining experience.

The team was exceptionally well-organized, professional, and super friendly, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a venue with outstanding service and a team that genuinely cares, The Union Hotel is the perfect choice....

Spent all day here, was removed because we had "been here 7 hours". We had all eaten multiple meals at the venue, some had been drinking mid strength the whole time including myself

No issues had occurred and owner/manager said it was about liquor licencing, which as a licence holder myself makes no sense. The only person in the group who was drunk went home without incident, the rest had slowed right down so as not to get too drunk. We weren't spoken to about any issues, weren't loud or visibly drunk.

Extremely poor handling of what could of been regular customers wouldn't come back after this situation and...

Yesterday on Saturday night following an hour or so after a work shift, my phone died and I needed to get home. I don’t know anyone in the area and it’s about a 26 minute walk to Toorak, where I would usually train it from Windsor to Hawksburn. Not wanting to wait 40 minutes until the next train, I approached one of the security guards, a young guy, and asked for walking directions.
