This place used to be my favourite place before covid happened. The bread became stale and even the service isn’t friendly anymore. Thought I’d give it another try but service is bad as usual and rude. Taking orders from whoever they wanted and not in order of the line. A lady cut in front and pushed in front of the line in front of me (right in front of the server) and the server just happily served her and said “hi sister what can i get you” while i had been waiting there. They use to open at 4:30am but have now changed to 5am. I don't know if it's because it's the colder months or they've changed it permanently. I understand that hospo is doing it tough but operators also need to be mindful that consumers are also in the same boat. When I buy a 'banh mi' I do expect the basics which is butter and pate then what ever else AND I mean a proper spread of butter and not a pretend spread of like 10cm X 2cm spread.
