Trivelli Cake Shop — Restaurant in Melbourne

Do yourselves a favour and only order a basic cake, anything complicated is too much for them. We ordered a cake for a communion last Sunday and it was a disaster. Firstly It was 1.5 hours late and i was late to the reception, secondly the topper was delivered to them broken and they put a plastic generic one, thirdly the cross that was meant to be on the cake was missing and to top it off the mud cake was burnt on the edges and you could taste it. For a $329 cake we did not get what we asked for. Considering we ordered it over 1 month ago. My family and friends have been coming to triveli for decades, not anymore ... My advice to the owners if you cannot make compacted cakes don't offer them. (they did re-fund $49 for the broken topper) Still not...

A very big and emotional heart felt THANK YOU!!! I called in the morning asking for a small serving of continental cake for my very ill mother who is in ICU. Mum missed her birthday recently due to being hospitalised and her favourite cake was the last thing on any if our minds. I just had to find one for her today. The gorgeous lady taking my very emotional call was very compassionate, reassuring I would have cake for mum. I got there before closing and she offered an extra piece and didn't charge me a dime for any of it. Such kindness. Ill never forget it. Mum had 2 little teaspoons and nodded yes when I asked if it was nice. Bless you lovely Trevelli Cake lady. You have no idea how...

Last Thursday before closing time I picked up my mother‘s 90th birthday cake from Trevelli. First of all the staff at attends to you a very friendly and provide with excellent customer service. They allowed me to view the cape before taking it away. We serve the cake about 730 that evening. The cake was absolutely amazing. The cream was so fresh and the presentation was superb, This hasn’t been the first time ordering a cake from there. It was extra special as it was my mother‘s birthday. Thank you Trevellli you made that evening and we will continue to order cakes...
