atmosphere and interior = ordinary. nothing fancy. some seating cushions are stained. service = quite prompt and friendly. food = above average. vietnamese iced coffee not too sweet, which is to my liking. phos are not as flavoursome as other restaurants. could be not as much msg??? not bad. what interested me was the prawn wrapped in pork belly on sizzling plate. smelled good. taste not as. bit oily to my taste. however when wrapped one of those with lettuce (which was fresh), mint (again fresh), and vermicelli, the lettuce and mint neturalised the oily feeling and made the bite quite fresh. the crunchiness of the lettuce was good combination with the mushiness of the vermicelli and tenderness of the prawn. quite a unique dish. price = fair. not a fancy restaurant and did not come with premium price. ordered an entree, a drink, 2 bowls of pho and a sizzling plate. around $65. location and accessibility = pretty good with ample parkings on whitehorse road or side streets.

overall experience = was not bad at all, nothing out of ordinary however. if you after cheap eats and authentic vietnamese food in the area, worth checking out. better than...

DONT EAT HERE!! I ordered the rice vermicelli SALAD with lemongrass beef and I got a bowl of noodles with lettuce and a pile of beef stir fry on top! No cucumber, no mint, no pickled carrot, soggy lettuce = NO SALAD!! When I called to ask if they would replace my order I was told that I got what I ordered, what was on the menu, when I probably got someone’s left over stir fry dumped on top of some noodles. I was told they would refund my order but when I brought it back the next day I was made to wait 15+ minutes and then they tried to give me $7 when I paid $18!! I waited 40+ minutes and was told by the manager to leave my bank account number and maybe she would transfer the money, or I could come back tomorrow as their payment system was broken (although I had seen other customers pay their bills). I must say they don't understand the difference of what's have been ordered and what are they delivering. Today I ordered via uber eats from here. I have all the screenshots of the description what was written in there about their Special fried rice(stir fried rice with vegetables) but they sent me steamed rice with prawns. I am vegetarian what will i do of prawns i called them they were not understanding and getting their fault but they were just like "Oh Honey" this is what you ordered. I am not a fool change/ mend your uber eats menu. They were saying we haven't got any complains before.. doesn't mean u won't get complains in the future.
