No accountability, denial, gas lighting

Asked for No Onion/No Garlic on 2x pastas, 1x Normal. They agreed. 25min round about trip/drive. Find garlic chunks in the sauce. Called - back and forth conversation with denial of having garlic/onion in the dish, to then agreeing they have it in there, then to denying it again (strange, most restaurants just say, oops, we'll make another).

We are then forced to bring the food back for another 25min round about trip, show physical evidence of the garlic chunks. Whereby the cook claims it is cheese. So the cheese needs to be brought out to compare - soft, melty, strong yellow. Contrasting with the off-white, chunks of tiny rocks that are solid'ish. We ask, "What kind of cheese do you use that is solid? No answer. The cook feels the rocks himself. The cook continues to claim there shouldn't be any garlic, but is unable to identify the mystery ingredient infront of him. He then goes to list the ingredients they do use in the pasta and says, 'the ingredients we use are garlic..."

Which we immediately agree (is this cook serious?) He then asks, "Well, did you ask for no garlic?"

I am dumbfounded.

He then says he can make us another with no garlic (and no onion). All confidence in his cooking competence is lost - a refund is taken. We come about once a month for the same dish and requirements. All been great, but this different cook... (new owners?)

Either 1. He is lying to cover his tracks (why the effort for 2 dishes of pasta?), or 2, he doesn't know what he is doing, denies accountability (the only cook), and gas lights.

Both are unacceptable in food...

tonight i order as i do at least once a week, been a loyal customer fro day one and there has been some up and downs but hey no one is perfect, but tonight was a new level ordered @6:41pm with a Estimated Delivery Time: 07:26PM and waited a little more till i called. called at 7:45 to see if my pizza is on the way told left 5 min ago ring back in 10 if not there 8:09 hi just checking , sorry we are busy its on its way received pizza at 8:25, rang up asked to speak to a manager after delivery guy told me the pizza was picked up 5min ago to delivery explained to manager that lying to the customer and buying time is wrong and that 2 of my items one cold and one soggy was not good enough and paying 9 dollars in fees for bad service, was told they where sorry and will talk to the person but iam still short 20 dollars of cold and soggy food ...........told sorry again is that all are the pizza good ? ...

Something for everyone. This pizza spot has to be the best place around. The menu is extensive with something for everyone, even the fussy ones. The service is amazing, the staff are super friendly and the delivery system they have going, its almost like turning the light on and there they are. Super super fast. Meals are all enjoyable and worth it, highly recommend!! Updated review 18 Dec 22: Great food still although the menu has changed a little and sadly I lost my fav "Lasagne" in the change of menu. Still, I love their food, no matter what I choose, its good. Fast delivery too if you choose that option. I don't agree with the surgcharges and then extra percentage at check out that is based on the amount you spend. I think its over the top personally.
