currently eating my icecream at the store while reading some of these reviews, some of the lower reviews seem to be a bit dramatic and entitled in my honest opinion.

the icecream is pretty great, light and not too sweet. i'm not a big sweet tooth nor do i ever finish my icecreams but i am thoroughly surprised. if you're worried about the taste or sweetness, ask for a taste test before you commit and complain about it. seems to be a bit of an unfair judgement if you bought something without trying it when you had the option to.

i got the matcha and black sesame, my sister got the caramel and honeycomb. hers were definitely sweeter than mine but it was expected by the flavours! i'm always sceptical but curious how non-asian stores portray asian flavours, i was very happy with how they did! i'd love to see them add ube and pandan to the list.

i do agree with others that the server could be a bit more attentive but as an introvert i didn't really mind and found her service cute. she wasn't very cheery or talkative but definitely was generous and willing to cater to our wants.

DONT ORDER A THICKSHAKE!!! At $9.90/thickshake & 2 attempts, we STILL did NOT get 2 basic chocolate thickshakes! 1st attempt- choc mint included 2nd attempt- no chocolate, an abundance of artificial vanilla flavour & DEFINITELY NO THICK- milk shake at best. To top it off, the cup size was 16oz- NOT sizeable by anyone’s measure! Would’ve been MUCH better off going to Macca’s!!!! 2 thickshakes down the drain. Will never return. Ripped off!

I was really looking forward to trying this ice cream shop because of the great reviews. I ordered two scoops, one mango and one hazelnut chocolate. Unfortunately, the mango tasted so artificial that it was inedible, and the hazelnut was bland and icy. I politely asked for a refund since it was the worst ice cream I've ever had. I ended up throwing it in the bin and decided to get a McDonald's ice cream instead. I also heard a family walking past after we ordered saying it tasted like a child made it. Save yourself the time and money and try a different place...
