Windsor Castle Hotel — Restaurant in Melbourne

First time at Windsor castle and can honestly say I was disgusted at the treatment we received from multiple staff and most definitely will not be returning.

We were minding our own business, only to be targeted by female bar staff, swearing at us, imitating us and making up false stories to management + security about us for their own entertainment. We left on our own accord only to be verbally attacked and spoken down to by a blonde female bar staff member who thought she had the authority to tell us we were not welcome back inside despite the manager informing us we could stay as long as we liked after the previous incident. She spoke in a derogatory way to us, using language to make herself feel superior.

I will never be back here & will be telling all family and friends...

Often a weekly customer at this venue, however the service myself and friends received tonight was appalling. After waiting an hour and a half for our meals, the manager Barry came to our table and blamed us for causing the delay and refused to apologise. He said you should know better to not order individually, and ignored our response in which we stated that the bar was very busy and that the pub had run out of table numbers, so we ordered on our friends table which the bar staff organised for us. After finally receiving our food, we were met with backchat once again. Hopefully we may get an apology after this, we are still waiting… We love the venue and the food was awesome however some respect as a customer would be...

VERY rude staff... Came in a group of about 12. Every single one of us had seperate issues with the bar staff. When getting a drink order we got a lot of attitude, sighing and even had one bar staff say our order was “shit” due to it being a cocktail. Another bar staff insisted we do rounds so we don’t have to order separately. When asking a question as to where the bathroom was bar staff answered by saying they don’t have time to answer a question. Seems as though they are drastically understaffed with only one bartender outside bar and only two inside. Yet two bouncers... We live around the corner and probably won’t ever come back due to our experience. Put sufficient staff on for a Saturday night. And it be rude to...
