Excellent service and cozy atmosphere. In Gardenvale, on the edge of Brighton, and just next to Gardenvale Station (1 stop from Elsternwick) is a quaint little wine bar with live music Friday through Sunday night. The best local music acts play at this venue (normally live music runs 6-8 Sundays its 5 to 7 from memory but check hours). A perfect wine bar for locals and anyone wanting a cosy low-key bar/pub/venue to have a chat on a winter's night or an afternoon music set on a Sunday. If you're wanting a quiet place, go earlier in the week! If you want to mingle in crowds or dance, try Friday or Saturday night or Sunday afternoon music around 5 pm.

Highly recommend for anyone new to the Brighton area, or anyone wanting a meeting place for a few quiet drinks during the week or some live songs from 70s 80s 90s etc on the weekend evenings (dancefloor gets busy when the music is good and the locals are very friendly/welcoming). Reasonably priced wines too -they have take away wine or by the glass.
