Groupon Vocher: Seven dishes dinner with wine for 2. The lady is very friendly indeed and helpful and the portions are big enough.They only open for dinner on Friday and Saturday only. On Friday afternoon, we dial over 20 times to book the table but no one answer. Okay, we take a long way to the shop early to book it because we want to try the salmon fillet and beef sirloin. It's very inconvenient experience!! However, The foods are out of expectation and very dissapointed. Between The groupon menu outline and the day of restaurant menu are very different. Firstly, The chef selected platter- (the mixed veg with egg taco) is taste alright but that's not a platter🤔 Secondly, the day of soup is creamy mushroom soup no other choice and taste so far so good. Thirdly, they serve us the salmon and avocado with vinegar sauce. Big portion and taste not bad. Unfortunately, the sesame oil is cover the salon's taste and a bit oil. The fourth dishes meal is prawns. Its' chewy, dry and overcook. The fifth and sixth meal are ducks leg with vegetables and the Lame shank with potato mash. Thats the most upset thing that You can choose by these two only. They don't have salmon fillet or beef sirloin to choose. They are misleading on Groupon voucher introduction. The ducks leg is tasteless and cook again and again by microwave. The lamp shank is very soft but tasteless and lamp's original special smell is too strong for us. The side dish veges and potato mash are better than the main dish🤔 Make us very dissapointed. The last desserts are lemon tart and cheese cake. Fortunately, the cheese cake taste nice and cheer me up a bit. They are not serve a cup of tea or coffee to finished up the dessert! The red wine is better to paired with medium beef sirloin but you cant tried here. Don't get high expectations for this Groupon voucher at Xpose...

Bought Groupon voucher even though we live an hour away with the understanding that we could use it when we were out that way during the weekend. Voucher clearly stated it could be used M-Sun 7am-3pm.

Called to make a booking and was rudely spoken to by a woman claiming she couldn’t hear me before passing on to another male (who had no issue hearing me). Spoke to the male and asked to make a reservation on one of the Sundays since our child had extra curricular out that way. Was told that they are closed on Sun. Asked to book on Sat (same week) then and requested 12.30pm. Was told no, they would be too busy then. So I suggested 12pm. Again told no. Apparently 11.30am was also too busy. So I suggested 2pm and once again told no they were closed then (note voucher said bookings can be made M-Sun 7am-3pm!)

Advised him that our kids had swimming classes in the morning and we are an hour away so we couldn’t make any earlier than 11.30am. Was rudely told to come at 9am! Then told me to make up my mind and hung up on me before I could even say anything!

Needless to say, my family are now not interested in going and had since raised the issue with Groupon. Super rude owners by the sound of it and the reviews online only further cemented our views that we made the right choice of cancelling our voucher. I usually do not give a bad review unless I had a terrible experience which is quite disappointing & provokes me share my experience.

We had ordered 2 big veggie brekkie and found them to be too oily/greasy & received them with no hash browns on it. The lady who seems to be the owner was not even apologetic for it.

Also no options for kids with an atrocious charge of $10 for tomato & cheese toast.

The cafe is run by an old Asian couple & The lady was extremely rude with her appalling attitude. When I asked her to turn on the heater she seemed very hesitant & said “we are too busy and we need to be patient” in fact there was just 2 -3 tables being occupied at that time.

We received our coffee with tons of sugar at the bottom of the cup as it wasn’t mixed well.

The ambience was very mediocre & which such terrible service, I wonder how did they get some good reviews which is...
