I have been a customer of this particular hungry Jack’s since prior to its moving location from where the KFC currently stands in Midland
Begin my morning outstanding customer service at Bunnings Decided to partake in a morning coffee and sandwich as usual because hungry Jack’s is typically consistent In comparison to the competition Chose to use the drive-through and was met with a vague response to my question “ Does the ham cheese tomato toasted sandwich come with coffee Because it shows coffee in the menu photograph” Jacob, the store manager had asked me what I would like as my drink prior to my questioning regarding the coffee
Jacob, the voice on the microphone then began to tell me that there was no need to be sarcastic
Jacob is the store manager A very tardy dressed young man with evidently no customer service background and absolutely no pride in his own appearance who himself rises his voice to the customer and begins to speak in a domineering voice and when question begins arguing!
After a failed attempt at purchasing breakfast at the drive-through, I entered the store and received absolutely amazing customer service from a young lady who was identified as the team leader on her name Tag
As she was the team leader, she was greatly apologetic She’s then informed me also that they had no tomato and when I asked her what other options were available, she was very helpful
At this point, the gentleman named Jacob was prancing around the back of the store cussing and making slur remarks to the staff
The gentleman identified as Jacob by his name tag Who is allegedly the branch Manager became extremely distressed and argumentative when I produced my phone and pointed it towards the window and began to divulge Information about himself, including a family suicide in an argumentative manner to justify his demeanour!
Extremely uncalled for and unbecoming of the manager of a franchise store
The toasted ham and cheese sandwich was sufficient and the young lady that made the coffee did a...

Waiting for meal and greeted by cockroach running across floor. Patron stamped on it without batting an eyelid. Obviously usual scenario.
Coffee cold and remade but took seven minutes to do so. Burger black, cooked to death, took one look and took it back to counter and asked for another. Two counter staff looked at it made faces and asked the girl in charge what to do, she told them to bin it. Called through and askel for another.
I Asked if they would bring it over when ready as I did not want my second coffee and chips to go cold.
10 mins later my partner finished his meal (brave man) and being an impatient type I thought ten minutes long enough to slap a skinny burger on a hot plate and thow a bun and salad together but obviously not, told "it takes time you know".
Obviously, the careful curating of a cordon blue burger 🍔 is beyond my imagination!!!
Finally carry my new burger back to my seat with some hot chips as others now gone cold and looking forward to my now lukewarm cappacino.
Surprise surprise they had now forgotten to add cheese.
I caught attention of one of counter staff walking past to mention this fact and she said would I mind if she just brought me a slice over.
As my partner by this time was looking as though he would rather be anywhere but there, I said yes please, not realising she would bring it over on a napkin with her thumb holding it in place in one corner.
I gave up and pretended I was on holiday in a third world country and tore the offending corner of cheese off and put the cheese in my burger.
Sadly, I have to report that whilst my tummy forbore to complain, within a couple of hours my partner was becoming extremely well acquainted with the decor in our powder room in particular the WC.
Finally, I should mention that I rashly made a visit to the bathroom whilst waiting for my meal, also reminiscent of a third world country. ...
Read moreNot my own review , but I saw this on Facebook. Congratulations Midland Hungry Jacks. How lovely to see great reviews are out there thankyou- #Darren Morley. #How quick are we to complain these days. If we get bad service or plainly for whatever reason don't get our own way how quickly do we complain. In times gone by I don't believe people complained as much, our expectations were less manners meant more people were more relaxed people had more time. Well today I found a reason to not complain but to praise. We were on our way to Perth and we stopped at Hungry Jack's in Midland for lunch. The staff were friendly the girls all had there hair tied up and the male staff had hair nets on. The food was served in a timely manner was hot and fresh the staffs manners were exemplary. After our meal I went and asked to speak to the manager. 5he look on her face as she approached was a look of what now. She was chuffed to have someone appreciate her and her staffs effort and said they usually get complaints not praise. I asked her why and her response was people are busy they don't want to wait they are busy and don't have time when a order is wrong ect. What has technology done to our lives when this is normal. Be grateful people. Praise someone today you just might make someone's day. Thank you Hungry...
