Twist Pretzel Bar — Local services in Midland

First and last time trying the pretzels here. Ordered the cookies and cream which came out looking drenched. The white sauce was not cream or white chocolate but in fact condensed milk and it was almost yellow. The menu doesn’t even specify the ingredients in each item just a ‘name’. When we brought this up to the staff they couldn’t care less, and also the manager who we spoke to on the phone was absolutely useless nor cared for the feedback from their customers. 12 year old son just had to have one! He had the hot dog plus the sweet chocolate, while we splurged and also went halvsies in the salted caramel. My son loved his and wanted us to drive to success (other store) to try another. Must be a kid thing - ours was ok, not delicious (wouldn’t seek out specifically again). Pretzels 🥨 it’s my first time trying out the pretzel and I got the cinnamon sugar pretzel which costs $6.80. It taste so good. On top of that it is so soft and not as sweet which is great because certain food items I tried is either too sweet or just not good. But this place is otherwise.
