My wife always told me to have brunch at Nash lane….🤔 So I went there today I picked the Benedict glazed. I replaced the leg ham with smoked salmon as I don’t eat porc $25 for a slice of toasted bread , some salmon and hollandaise sauce that was missing lemon , 2 poached eggs that were far from poached and runny but more like semi-hard boiled (look the pictures) . look like they been sitting in the bain-marie too long . The plate look like no love being put in there , not even a bit of salad . Very poor to be honest. They all call themselves « Chefs » in this country and can’t cook a poached egg properly. Sent your cook back to cooking school .

The week before I went to Brother Chris on Deakin and nine street swapped the lamb shoulder for smoke salmon the poached eggs were runny the plate come with green very appetising just to look at it .

Sometimes you better have one restaurant and do well than 3 and do so so.

I will go back to Brother Chris...

The perfect way to start your day! We stopped by here for breakfast recently and loved the extensive all day brunch menu available. The staff were super friendly and even though they were clearly busy, table service was surprisingly on offer. We ordered the Prawn Tacos and Eggs Your Way (scrambled) with a Side of Bacon. The food was super quick (again a surprise) and it was absolutely delicious! It’s clear they use the best produce as it shines through the dishes. Eggs and bacon never tasted so good! The atmosphere here was lively with the air con and fans being a welcome respite from the already hot day beginning. This place could easily be dropped in Melbourne and have a line out the door and we know that we will most...

Hands down one of the best places for breakfast I’ve ever been to. The place was rammed when we came in with students on way to school, young mums with prams and a queue for take away out the door. When you taste the coffee you understand why. The service when we came in was all over us and we had a table within 2 minutes, ordered within 4 minutes and eating within 10 minutes. Food was AMAZING. The Benedict and The Nash stack were absolute winners and had flavours that were unusual and yet familiar. Awesome team and our server Ruben, like all the staff were bubbly and extremely on point but he took time to stop and chat and get to know us. That guy is gold! We...

That coffee touched my soul. It was sooo good. The mugs are really cups and the cup is more like a shot glass but the actual flavour of the coffee is great. I think the smaller sizes make it less milky. Everyone at the table really enjoyed the breakfast. The spiced lamb was the biggest hit with everyone as well as the hash browns which looked like they were made on site. It was all table service which makes a nice change to QR codes however staff are a bit slow but that could be down to lack of experience or age. That being said we all need to learn somewhere. I do recommend trying Nash Lane for breakfast. I will definitely go back.
