I lunch with my 4 girl friends most Tuesdays at different restaurants in Mildura. Today, we decided Two Black Sheep would be it, however, never again. I ordered and paid $18.00 for Roast vegetable salad. What an absolute letdown for a meal. There was no roast pumpkin as they didn't have any. I complained when the food arrived and the photo attached is what I didn't eat. The lady (Kelly I think) was rude, arrogant and argumentative. It was explained to me this has been on the menu for 7 years, but so what? If a customer is unhappy and staff or management is unwilling to even listen to my complaint, what sort of establishment is this? I wasn't even offered a free coffee or even a credit for a future meal.
When I got home my husband Ross rang and Kelly would not listen. "SHE ATE SOME OF IT" she said. In the end Kelly hung up in his ear, which proves that arrogance, rudeness and argumentative is Par for the course at TWO BLACK SHEEP IN LINE WITH THE MEAL. This review is a warning to anyone reading this, just be advised that Management here do not stand behind...
Read moreFrom viewing the website and seeing various pictures of thier dishes I was excited to duck in for a late breakfast. However from the other reviews and photos it was far from expectations. I felt the enviroment was lacking care and followed through to the food. Cake / display fridge was used as a storage fridge for uncooked items, drinks fridge was half empty but boxes of drinks products covered the floor. It was not at all neat and tidy but more un organised. General greeting when entering did not happen, the view from a seated position saw piles of dishes behind the front counter, cutlery was not prepared or provided without prompting. Food was bland and oily. I feel that it has so much potential but seemed to be lacking leadership. I will go there again because they deserve a 2nd chance in hopes that maybe it was just an off weekend with unskilled or...
Read moreI went there today for breakfast on a recommendation and I wish we had continued down the street a little further to Nash Lane. We sat outside as there was no air conditioning on and was really stuffy We moved 2 tables together as there was 4 of us ( to the annoyance of staff) and we are glad we did as the ridiculous sized plates would not have fitted. We found the young female staff member very officious and surly for a service industry. The breakfast menu was nothing out of the ordinary reasonable prices, I ended up having toast and jam thats how boring it is. All of our orders we cold Pancakes Big breaky Eggs bacon A real shame as we love trying new places but this is a...
