Domino's Pizza Millner — Restaurant in Millner

The staff in Millner Dominos are always lovely and friendly, and the facility always clean however my order is ALWAYS screwed up. I come here because I have 2 allergies (dairy and gluten), and Domino's advertises that they can cater for this. The most recent visit, on 29/08/24 about 17:15, saw me order the spicy vego pizza on a gluten free base with vegan cheese. I always confirm this with the staff when I'm ordering and then again when I'm picking it up. Yet every time I get home, it's wrong. Examples: That night I was charged for an item I didn't order, which was bread (I couldn't eat it, but at least it was refunded) and my pizza had normal cheese (I didn't realize this until I'd eaten a slice and was ill and couldn't eat the rest of it). I'm was too I'll to return the pizza and tell the staff. The time I visited Miller Domino's before this, my pizza was served on a normal pizza base, not gluten free (and I was sick). The 2 times before that it was served without standard toppings like pineapple (which is listed as the standard ingredient for the pizza I order).

I won't be back. I can't afford to keep paying for someone to make me sick. I also don't expect to be catered for everywhere I go. I am absolutely shocked. This Domino’s Pizza, just two minutes from my house, is a complete disaster. The staff are utterly incompetent, the service is horrible, and the greeting at the counter is barely audible—if it happens at all.

I placed an online order worth over $48 and simply asked for some sauce. They had the nerve to ask for an extra $2, even though I had just made a large order—and when I told them I didn’t have my wallet or phone on me, they refused to give me the sauce anyway, with zero effort or understanding.

As if that wasn’t enough, the fries were disgusting—soggy, tasteless, and the portion was ridiculously small. I ordered two large fries and got something fit for a 5-year-old kid’s meal.

Honestly, I’d rather drive 30 minutes to Darwin CBD, or Palmerston than ever set foot in this place again. The staff are slow, rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. This was the worst Domino’s Pizza...

Went for pick up my stuff yeah around 09:30 pm and there was 2 customers in total. Indian music was playing display info screen was off or not working Forget about greetings not even approached for what we after instead when I try to asked that my order was ready The guy act like that he was on call but he was not talking to someone.

However, he did approach the another customer who came after us suddenly hang his call when he saw him and that customer asked us that we are fine then only that staff act like he is willing to help.

We just quietly left without saying anything. I’m regular customer of this branch and I love some food which are very fresh and delicious BUT THIS TIME THIS 2 staff member discriminated us.
