Extremely rude staff, didn’t greets me as I said hello to them when I went to order. I ordered a smoothie and a juice. They called out my juice order and I went to pick it up, and there was a smoothie beside it. I just assumed it was both my drinks. The girl came over 10 minutes later with the actual smoothie I had ordered. I apologised and said I had just assumed it was the one next to juice she had called out for me. She was clearly annoyed I did that and then gave a man the smoothie I had originally ordered and told him to drink it instead of just making him his smoothie he had ordered. Will not be ever going back. Should be kinder to the visitors in your town as well maybe bring out your drinks rather than leaving them on the counter with customers confused on...

Great little health food store, thankfully recommended to us from our host: Garry. FOOD/GOODS: Range of fresh, refrigerated, bottled and pre packed health foods. Great selection of high quality supplement brands. Attached small cafe serving up varied vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and raw foods. COST: Admittedly costing more than your average vegan health food shop, alas with the acclaimed local Eden's Landing place closed this was a second great option. STAFF: Lovely. ACCESSIBILITY: Ample free street parking available with good wheelchair accessibility, via side ramp. Shop and cafe are super tight for wheelchairs and prams as a heads up though. 10/3/17 - Absolute terrible service. Ordered my Coffee and waited with no call out for my order

I waited 30mins, even sat right next to the counter making it blatantly obvious i was waiting on an order. With absolutely no customer service asking me if i was ok or waiting on something?

I eventually approached the counter and asked where my order was and they asked if i had even paid and didn't even remeber...
