We had the pleasure to eat at this wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed by manager Ryan who answered all our menu questions. We commended him on the vast improvement in the franchise. It was a privilege to eat Pollo Delizio , my choice, and spirali Calabrese (husband). He said it was perfect, a sort of bolognese sauce, with heaps of pepperoni- made in the Calabrian style with spiral pasta. FP allows you to change up the pasta, and he finds it easier to manage, My meal was skinless chicken breast with several slices of short cut bacon, both grilled, served in a special flavoursome white wine creamy sauce, with mushrooms, sun dried tomato, and broccoli added to that sauce. O the joy to dine from Head Chef, Stephen. The bacon tasted smoked, hickory flavour? I could be wrong, but not the tasteless el cheap restaurants serve.Further praise is due to the perfection of the broccoli. It is a vengeful vegetable, either too woody in the stem, or with the head all broken up. Stephen is a master chef, broccoli cooked to perfection, very hard to find. Ryan the manager was across everything. In another life he was a baker, and it shows in the free bread that came with our meal, and the way that the staff work so well together. We. were so impressed with the wait staff, all friendly, efficient and helpful, but especially Amanda who is amazing, always makes us feel so happy, I recommend getting the little ones started loving vegetables by having them from this restaurant.Well...
ย ย ย Read moreWow these guys are great!! We last minute called up around 7.30pm asking if we could book for 16 people. We were told yes as long as we ordered before 8pm as they close the kitchen. We got in at 7.40 ordered and the service was amazing!! Considering they were ment to finish at 8pm you couldnโt tell it annoyed them. I mean if it was me it would be annoying haha. But they lady at the front was brilliant. I didnโt catch a name but she wore a red bandana on her head. She was honestly fantastic and any business would be lucky to have her. So polite, fast, you name it. We ate! The food was perfect. Like they didnโt just rush our orders out. It was so good!! We smashed it. Mind you we had a heap of kids with us (kids make mess) and she wasnโt even annoyed. (I helped clean where I could because we felt bad they had to stay back. And she thanked me a lot. We didnโt leave till 8.30 after they closed but they were just amazing! The owner should be so bloody proud of their staff. Well done! Best fasta pasta weโve ever been to and we arenโt from MB. ย ย ย Read moreCame here for dinner whilst staying in Murray bridge with my mum. I had the Cesar salad and my mum got the Monte Carlo. The Cesar salad was nice and good value, unfortunately the chicken was dry so I had to pick that off but they were generous with the dressing (which I love) and had plenty of bacon and cheese. Was nice and fresh and hit the spot. Mum always gets the same pasta when coming to fasta pasta and it was perfect. Nice and creamy and was beautiful. The customer service was good, better at the beginning compared to the end but it was getting rather busy before we left so was understandable. I wish I was able to order from my table, I tried ordering with the QR code that was on the table but was only able to order desserts and drinks so was sad that I couldnโt. Overall was a good meal and very comparable to other fasta pastas...
