Honestly worst customer service ever. My poor old grandfather, ordered chicken tenders box and passed the money to the young girl who looks around 13 years old, she took it But when she was âpassingâ the change back instead of passing it nicely, She threw it at him and he lost over five dollars. Honestly, itâs disgraceful to think how young people can do this to others, whereâs the respect because Iâm not seeing ANY. If this young lady does it again I will be contacting further and it wonât be nice, I will take notice of the name badge next time.    Read moreMy friend and i go to the bridge about once a week and our treat is a 3 piece pack. Today we went in and the young lad at the till was new but a very nice boy. We requested no breast meat as neither of us like it. My friend got 3 pieces of breast with the bones and i got two wings that were from pigeons. They were so small i couldnt believe it!! The other piece of my chicken was, yes you guessed it bloody breast! The place was busy and the young lad was trying so hard but the girls doing the orders were just not caring. Got my order completely wrong, and when I corrected him at the window he did nothing to change it. I asked him if he needs to change the order before I paid, to which his response was âIt doesnât matter, youâll still get your actual orderâ. I then didnât get my actual order, and when I tried to rectify it with the manager, I was met with poor attitude and lack of care. No extra salt. No wicked wings instead of boneless. Terrible chips.
