Honestly worst customer service ever. My poor old grandfather, ordered chicken tenders box and passed the money to the young girl who looks around 13 years old, she took it But when she was ”passing” the change back instead of passing it nicely, She threw it at him and he lost over five dollars. Honestly, it’s disgraceful to think how young people can do this to others, where’s the respect because I’m not seeing ANY. If this young lady does it again I will be contacting further and it won’t be nice, I will take notice of the name badge next time. My friend and i go to the bridge about once a week and our treat is a 3 piece pack. Today we went in and the young lad at the till was new but a very nice boy. We requested no breast meat as neither of us like it. My friend got 3 pieces of breast with the bones and i got two wings that were from pigeons. They were so small i couldnt believe it!! The other piece of my chicken was, yes you guessed it bloody breast! The place was busy and the young lad was trying so hard but the girls doing the orders were just not caring. I thought putting two small wing pieces in a 3 piece pack was a no no. Maybe a younger person should be out the back doing prep and not thrown to the wolves out the front. Extremely unfortunate service tonight. Must have been the boy at the payment windows first day, at least it seemed like it. Got my order completely wrong, and when I corrected him at the window he did nothing to change it. I asked him if he needs to change the order before I paid, to which his response was “It doesn’t matter, you’ll still get your actual order”. I then didn’t get my actual order, and when I tried to rectify it with the manager, I was met with poor attitude and lack of care. No extra salt. No wicked wings instead of boneless. Terrible chips.
