Wow I didn’t realize t4 are in Perth they are my favorite Taiwanese boba tea chain - why? Their fresh taro smoothies and they have small boba!! Only place I can find in Perth even 30% sweet is strong so don’t order more than 30% sweet. This is also the legit authentic t4 taste you are used to elsewhere same as I get in the United States. I prefer them to Gongcha, Sharetea from Taiwan. Presotea and Utopia aren’t that good. Utopia is better than the others. The best boba in Perth for taro is 1/ boba boba in Morley try their panDan as well 2/ itea in nedlands (don’t go to one in Morley) 3/ t4 in myaree those are my picks!

My first time trying T4 and it was their second day of grand opening. We’ve ordered honey peach royal tea and mango royal tea. Loving both the drinks and due to their second day of grand opening, we’re given a cookie each per drink. Price wise is pretty reasonable. There are also some snacks available on the menu but since we’ve already had our lunch before going to T4, we’re quite full so we didn’t end up trying the snacks. They’ve also recently released their loyalty app similar to Presotea. I’ve heard a lot of good things about their branch in Canning Vale so might give it a crack next time.

Yum! So refreshing drinks. We ordered coconut and mango smoothie and lychee frappe. So delicious and perfect while we enjoyed the sun. The place is very busy but they have a good system so we didn't mind waiting. Most of all, the staff are friendly and cheerful. It is always nice to buy drinks and meals when staff are happy. Kind of giving you great vibes. The only minor comment is the area is so busy and a little hard to find parking spot. Best to come here before or after lunch. Peak times is a little hard but the drinks are worth the wait. Refreshing drinks!

I ordered like $100+ on Uber eats , there's 2 drinks and i only got 1 very weak paper straw that even can't pierce the plastic frame, and it made me very messy, coz i broke the straw, i don't have a spare straw and end up i can't even enjoy the topping inside! Also last time I ordered 30% sweet then it's a bit sweet (but enough for me) but this time i ordered same but i feel no sweet, made me very doubt about the sweet level standard why it's very different 🤔 Lastly, i ordered different kinds of the fried snacks, some are they got lots of seasoning (the fish cake, popcorn chicken) some are they i can't even taste any seasoning ( mushrooms and tofu) (maybe you will say because those the heavy seasoning is covered so make me can't taste but i did sip a drink and try again, honestly...

The Myaree T4 staff are always friendly and open to recommendations. Always get good service. T4 bubble tea and the food is delicious and good quality.

The new cups are terrible, I understand T4 is trying to make a change away from plastic cups but the new cups leak, spill and are so much smaller than the original cups. I ordered a small oat milk amber latte for $8.20 and it came in a cup similar to a McDonald’s small size cup. I ordered a large a few days ago ($9.20) and it was in a cup about the size of a McDonald’s large cup with a plastic flat lid. The lid popped off as soon as I picked up the cup and then the side of the cup where it’s glued together split and started leaking everywhere. I had to transfer it into a glass at home. One of the better bubble tea joints in Perth. Great customer service and selection of teas and snacks.

Personal favourites are the fruity teas (under "specialty" and "special flavor" menu) along with the agar pearl and the small pearls! The popcorn chicken is a MUST try!

A couple of downsides to T4's beverages: 0% sweetness doesn't mean the drink is sugarless. Servings of toppings are just a little small, make sure to get double!

Service is great here, however be prepared to wait during busy times.

Nice ambiance for a casual meet-up or to pass time. Ample parking out front in Hulme Court.

Other downside... Closes too early at 9:00PM!! Should be left opened till 10:00PM so we have all three choices of bubble tea joints in Myaree...
