Utopia Myaree — Restaurant in Myaree

I would not recommend ordering cakes from Utopia. I went in the Morley store on Friday to order a Rainbow cake to pick up on Sunday for my partner’s birthday. The staff said I had to pick up the cake at the Myaree store, which is an inconvenience, as I live north of the river. So on Sunday when I went into the Myaree store to pick up the cake, they did NOT have it baked at all!! NO phone calls to inform me that it was not ready! Not only did I waste my time driving down to Myaree, I also did not have a cake ready for my partner’s birthday that day. Very frustrated and disappointed... I will not be buying cakes or bubble tea from Utopia again. Very poorly run business...

Was very annoyed because I ordered two drinks for delivery with a total of $20. Ordered off menu log and I couldn’t see an option to add the tapioca pearls so I assumed they just came with the drink. In case they didn’t I specifically wrote in my note to please add pearls to them. When they arrived they were nothing but milk and that is such a rip off for 20 dollars! If I wanted tea I could’ve just made that at home for $2! Also there is no option to add vegan milk on Menulog which is disappointing. And the taro flavour is disgusting here so...

Haven't been here since they changed owner or management, absolutely frinkin poorest service and badest attitude i have never had in my karaoke life, piss off !!!!!!!!!we been told need to clean up everything we bought in!
