I ordered the barra and chips with plain salt, and my wife ordered two pieces of flathead and a potato scollop with chicken salt. The order was written down correctly by the polite young lad who served us.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the fact that it didn't have that typical seafood odour.

Being hill-dwellers, we can’t get good fresh s/w fish at home, so we also bought a heap of their frozen packets of fillets, luderick, bream, estuary species. I ate all of them, a dozen or so packets, over about 3 months. Each and every filet tasted great too. We couldn’t stop for fish and chips but we’ll be making pilgrimages here in future to fill up the freezer to take...
