Please don't make the same mistake as me get the special burrito bowl with the black rice.
The rice was definitely undercooked or just raw and apart from that there must've been something else wrong with the rice. I say this because this meal caused me to be in gruelling stomach pain and then continuous vomiting followed by intense and painful diarrhoea. I believe it must've caused some sort of bacterial infection and there may genuinely be something seriously wrong with their black rice and their ability to cook rice. The rest of my family are all fine and I was the only one to have the black rice.
I sincerely hope they learn how to cook black rice properly. If you care about your health, or simply don't want food poisoning don't get the black rice in your Zambrero's order. Or maybe just make a burrito...

What stood out was their thoughtfulness—they even let us use the staff sink to wash our hands before eating.
