I was taken under duress to this place. However changed my mind when stepped in. Lovely decor and ambience and the waft of good dough and fresh baking in the air. The glass cabinet in my face Caused me a temporary disorientetion as my brain got stuck on percorun bacon croissant and the meringue croissant. There were 3 of us fyi - 1 bread per person . Went to pay and was vaulted with the NO CASH thing. Which made me want to turn heel and walk away. However this is fringe of the western suburbs and they do stufferent so do as the local and all that - non of that cash Northbridge hustle here. Paid via card and you can see from the photo nothing lasted the journey to work. All was top notch, my Almondine was top notch, the percorino thong awesome and the pain au chocolat was almost perfect- that extra western suburb touch of having the thing warmed was just the gooses bow tie - perfect touch. Everything was a win for us - just the no cash rule was a touch of salt for me. You are warned so wint feel the same as me with the cash rejection. Great food lovely ambience...

We were recently strolling down Broadway in Nedlands and found ourselves at this rustic building, hidden behind a leafy garden. We loved the location and unique character of this Common Bakery. The matcha we ordered was definitely on the sweeter side and was strong on spice. It almost reminded us of a chai cross matcha latte.

The hero here are their high quality pastries, which you are truly spoilt for choice with.

They also stock all of the essentials from Bread in Common and Common Coogee goods. you definitely won’t leave here empty handed, be it a croissant pistachio dipped croissant or loaf of...

Absolutely love common bakery and highly recommend for some of the best bread in town. This spot is perfect for a coffee catch up and has a really nice vibe. My only qualm is please stop pre-slicing the bread 😫 I hate buying sliced bread and it seems ridiculous to pre-slice all the common loaves ?! Surely slice on request. This has only been happening recently so I'm hoping it's just a mistake but I've been in multiple times and all they had is sliced common loaves ☹️☹️. P.S. the jams and...

The best pastries in Perth! Lemon meringue croissant is the best, raspberry chocolate croissant never regret and savory pastry also so good. Strongly recommended!!!!!!! I come every morning. Common bakery in Broadway bakes pastries most and Carrington Nedlands bakes mainly breads but you enjoy all of breads and pastries from both of them. New common bakery in Fremantle is restaurant with nice garden including pastries! So good~~~ Better than Layers in Subi, personal opinion!

Amazing Amazing Amazing. We had the cheese and tomato toastie (pictured) - delicious and cheesy with the right balance of toastie crunch and softness! The choc chip cookie - well, probably the best choc chip cookie I've ever had!! For my preference: perfectly soft and chewy ♥︎ it will now be my go to place for cookies! We also got ice coffees and a sliced half loaf of bread which was gorgeously soft with a nice crust.
