Blue Flame Modern Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in New South Wales

We have recently moved from North Sydney to Tamworth & used to fine dine. We're familar with North Indian Cuisine & used to go mostly for dinner in sydney West. That's called "little India," but here's only two Indian restaurants .It was our first experience with Blue Flame NICE Ambiance, Serve size is okay. We ordered èntree like Paneer Tikka & Spinach chat. Paneer was not cooked properly it was raw, and the amount of salt was not good enough, totally tasteless. We ordered our entrees & mains together because of staff poor communication. we got our food 45 minutes later after our èntree. #Poor services#Long wait

Update- We went there for dinner, this tym service and food is really good. Update again: we can never question them on their quality of food but they really need to work on staff-kitchen communication as we just sat down for dinner tonight, we kept on getting wrong food, moreover, they charged us for something that was promised as a complimentary. Well. The food wasn't bad, and thank you mr chef to let us have the incorrect curry as a freebie. I hope for better service next...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blue Flame Tamworth for an early dinner, and I was thoroughly impressed. We stopped and and turned heads...

Ordered the Madras Lamb and Butter Chicken with sides of cheese Naan and Wholemeal Roti... Try the chilli yoghurt mint sauce it was fantastic...

Every dish was perfect rice was good... Could have had more chilli to the Madras Lamb...

Totally recommend this place if you are in Tamworth...
