I used to love domino’s. The past few times I’ve visited local establishments however, have caused me to change my opinion. Tonight I ordered from the Tweed store via Menulog. I waited patiently for the latest delivery time. Gave them an extra 10 mins as being in the hospitality industry I understand things get away from you. I used the help function on Menulog to say my order was late and was told I’d get a message from the restaurant regarding my order in 5 mins. 10 mins later I get one saying it will be another 15 mins as it’s out for delivery. Ok at least I’ve now got an expected time. I go down my driveway to wait for the driver, 20 minutes has now passed in the cold as weather. I finally call the restaurant politely and ask for an update. The lady confirmed my order and sought clarification from the drivers (I believe), then I am told that a driver had come I said I’ve been standing out here for 20 minutes “oh the driver came 30 minutes ago and rang you”, no missed calls either as my phone has been on me the whole process. “No worries we will send another driver out, what was your name address and order again? A driver will be with you in 25 minutes” I live 8-10 minutes from the restaurant… forget my order did we? Blame the customer did we?

Read moreI order dinner, which showed up late. Great, when you have kids who are hungry and waiting. Pizzas showed up and the spicy peppy paneer only had cheese, onion, capsicum and tomatoes. Called the shop was told by the manger that the pizza was correct as he cut it . I questioned the manager in regards to the missing toppings and all he said was, I would get a voucher for a free one, then he hung up on me. (Great customer service that is!!!) I then called a few more time, same thing, they hung up on me. The last time I called and someone pick up, I asked to talk to the manager. The manager would not take the call and made a staff member talk to me, (who was nice and helpful about the situation). I own a business and strive on great customer service and that is not what I got from the manager. Instead he cowardly hide behind his staff. This is not how a boss/manger should be. A manger should talk to the customer and solve the situation. (Manages don't just hang up!!!!!). Also this website should tell you if the pizza ingredient is not in stock. Especially when you are charged for extras (even though the customer has taken ingredient off). I think from now on, I'm just going to Pizza Hut...
Read moreMy family and I order from this Dominos all the time. Today my order was completely wrong with ingredients that we’re removed because of allergies completely filling the pizza. Some of the extra ingredients were missing and it was on the wrong base. I then called dominos to tell them the issue and ask if they can send us the correct one which they have done in the past. As I called today I was told I was wrong and the pizzas are correct. I have pineapple and pepperoni covering the pizza after trying to remove it with a fork and I’m wrong. On the confirmation email it shows the removal of these and other ingredients. I was told over the phone that they had checked the pizza twice and I was wrong and there was nothing incorrect with the pizzas. All I asked was for a replacement. I have evidence to prove that the pizzas are very incorrect and I was told bad luck. This is awful customer service and now we can’t eat the food we have paid for.
