Domino's Pizza West Gosford — Restaurant in New South Wales

Disgusting pizza! Disgusting service! We pre ordered 3 large pizzas they decide to cook them ahead of time so by the time we picked them up they were cold. Upon eating the pizzas they tasted wrong so checked the toppings and numerous toppings missing on the meat lovers there were only two pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza and unfortunately they were on 1 slice:), also they decided to just leave the meatballs off! The supreme was worse, for this one they decided to only top 2/3 ‘s of the pizza leaving the rest with delicious burnt tomato sauce. This had no pepperoni at all and lacked other toppings. I decided to call up and confirm had they run out of ingredients. I was answered by a young girl I requested the manager she basically put the phone down and picked up again and pretended to be the manager . I know this because when I advised of my concerns she went and spoke to her manager and their solution was to return to the shop (about 18 min drive) with the full pizzas and they will remake them… This was unacceptable and after more rubbish customer service I demanded to talk to her manager and his reply was no because he was “ off the clock”… Their solution eventuated to be they needed the full pizzas to do anything about it…. Unbelievable …..so won’t being doing any kind of business with ever again.. not even a chicken wing.. wouldn’t recommend unless your ok to open your pizzas and check them and if there is a problem sit and wait for them to just make them poorly...

Placed an order for dinner at 8 pm, and the food arrived promptly. I ordered three different pizzas, but to my disappointment, two of them tasted identical. Additionally, one slice of pizza had all the chicken, while the rest had just a few pieces. Despite this, I managed to rearrange the pizza and enjoyed dinner with my family.

After the meal, I called the store to share my feedback. I spoke with Hermani (as per her name), offering to send the pictures I had taken for reference. She put me on hold briefly, then asked if I had already eaten dinner. I explained that it was dinnertime, and my family had already eaten.

Her response was disheartening, as she stated that there was nothing she could do if I had already consumed the dinner. Frustrated, I reminded her that I had called to provide feedback and expressed my disappointment, telling her that I would no longer be their customer if this was the way they handled such issues. A pause… then she thanked for the feedback and that was the end...

Soo expensive and disgusting food. We ordered chicken peri peri there was not enough toppings and only the peri peri sauce on top with pizza dough. Second pizza order vegetarian only 3 pices of spinach, 8 pieces of mushroom 6 pieces of onion that’s it all. And hot Pepsi with it. We need to use ice to make it cold.. and end with paying more than $ 62..

Are you serious, if you can’t afford to run the shop then close down. So many Domino’s close down or change the name if you can’t afford to pay the franchise.

Why you serving the disgusting and test less food ?? Is this your franchise give you training to make like this ??

Please stay away everyone from this place.. if you like to eat only dough and sauce then go head.. better to support local businesses rather then this type of doggy...
