Thanks for your response, but your attitude just proves my point. Instead of taking feedback like a professional, you get defensive and arrogant. The chicken was not fresh, and like plenty of other reviews say, it was dry, not hot, and flavourless. The veggies were undercooked and room temp, not what you’d expect from a proper meal.
I didn’t want to spend too much because, firstly, your customer service was terrible, and secondly, the food already looked off. I hadn’t eaten for two days and just wanted a decent meal what I got instead was something that gave me a stomach ache and ended up in the bin because it was that bad.
As a business owner, you should be taking feedback to improve, not attacking customers. This was by far the worst chicken I’ve ever had, and instead of telling people to “post with photos” or accusing them of lying, maybe actually fix the problems. Accountability goes a long way something you clearly don’t understand. You Clearly know who I was when you Replied directly to what I ordered
Stopped by this charcoal chicken shop after a 3-hour drive, hoping for a decent meal unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The chicken was cold and barely marinated, and the veggies were undercooked and just as cold. For the price, I expected way better quality and service. To top it off, the owner came off as rude and dismissive not welcoming at all. Definitely not worth the money or the stop....
Read moreWe have been getting awesome quality charcoal chicken from here for the last 10 years. However, I went here tonight and noticed it has changed ownership!!! We got the usual whole chicken, chips and mushroom salad. I asked for a whole chicken and when I got home I had a bag full of dry chicken pieces!!!! Not a whole bird. The chips tasted like they were fried in old oil and the mushroom salad has changed. It was very salty and the garlic was very strong. My family loved this place, I really hope they get the cooking and recipes back on track. Service was good.
Went here again tonight and the chicken and chips was better quality. Keep perfecting the original recipe. Hopefully it gets back to...

While I’m staring at the fresh chickens in the counter and the chickens all nicely spinning over charcoal patiently waiting for someone to make my lunch I was soon to realise someone out the back had just zapped it in the microwave (bun and all) then it was brought out with 1 measly slice of tomato on 1/4 of this leftovers sandwich.
