Hungry Jack's Burgers Tamworth — Restaurant in New South Wales

Absolutely atrocious! What disgusting service, facilities and food. If I could give it no stars, I would. Chips were cold, stale and old. Burgers were slopped together with dry chicken, may I say I was still charged $50. I had to ask for one burger to be re-made which was worst than the first. When I said the burger looks nothing like what is being advertised, I received the comment from the assistant manager, much to my disgust of "well of course they're not going to look like that!" Well maybe try 🤷‍♀️

The service was absolutely appalling, all the workers were so rude, univiting and sour faced, including the assistant manager! They could at least try and look like they enjoy their job.

The entire building needs a serious deep clean. The toilets reeked of urine and no soap to wash your hands properly. Mould on the roof, rubbish all over the floor through the kitchen, old food, oil and hand prints over every table. The list goes on, the place clearly hasnt been cleaned correctly in some time. Simply don't waste your time or money...

Very bad service. Wrong coffee to 1 lady wrong order to young man . Long time before you got your order. 1 man asking how long his order was going to be was replied its coming soon asking again 5 minutes later was replied with it's coming in an very angry tone then stuffed up hes order . When he said that your customer service needs to improve to your in store customer's Was replied whatever with her back turned to him . As for myself 15 mins for 1 solo and 1 iced coffee then placed on the counter without calling my number. The person l'm talking about is the larger women who was so rude to customer's bullying the young girl who was trying hard but was cut short everytime she was agessive rude and did care about custom service she was more worried about drive through then the customer's in store. She needs a refreshing course in customer service and how to treat staff if she worked for myself she would be sacked just for her attude. Also shop was not clean toilets filthy very poor...

We are not frequent visitors to Hungry Jacks in our home town of Tamworth NSW.

However, we recently did drop in for a bite on our way home from grocery shopping.

We wish we hadn't bothered. Both our (different) burger orders were barely warm, chips/fries were vaguely warm but not much better. This is our usual experience at this location, hence our infrequent visits.

I think I had a coffee, which I don't recall either way - so it can't have been too offensive. I was interested to see what impact "Jacks Cafe" had made on the Tamworth location - and there was minimal change. There is an espresso machine on the serving counter rather than built-in behind the counter. There was no stock of tasty treats to be seen, so it wasn't like a McCafe in that respect either.

The burgers were not "wrong", there was no missing ingredients that we could tell, none of the salad was over-tired etc, they just were not near hit enough...
