Red Rooster Tamworth East — Restaurant in New South Wales

We ordered lunch and waited around 20 minutes. Then we were given food, but several mistakes with our order. We were forced to wait again. Minimal customers inside, so the wait time was neither expected nor explained prior to ordering. Given the amount of wait staff at the front, perhaps some could offer assistance at the back instead of standing around and gossiping.

Even before our mistake, the staff argued and bickered loudly the whole time with each other about the wrong food being put out, right in front of customers. Then argued more about who was taking orders out to people.

One customer complained about a problem with the toilet to staff. A staff member emerged with a "wet floor" sign, looked around the waiting room, then took it back to the kitchen area. No further attempt was made to rectify any issue whilst...

I'm sorry to say but this place is getting worst. The other night I was at the premises and had noticed a manager harassing one of the young ladies there and talking to her like she was rubbish. The drive thru was packed with cars lining up nearly out on the road and all waiting bay parks where full and was only a couple of other parks available for walk in customers. He was yelling at her as such to move cars along but there was no room. I suggest you need to pull your head in speaking to young people like that. I asked if she wouldn’t mind washing her hands again before she packed our order as our Son has had a Bone Marrow Transplant recently. She was so accomodating, as were the chefs preparing the food. Your restaurant is the only place we have takeout as a treat on our way home from our frequent visits to Sydney. It is always clean and your staff is always so polite.
