Would give a 0 if i could. I have always loved Oporto as their spicy sauces are amazing, but the Tamworth Oporto has single handedly ruined it for me. They have given us food poisoning from the Cheesy fries twice. We blamed it on something else the first time but when it happened again 2 weeks later we knew it was the fries. We just stopped eating cheesy fries for a bit. I am not the type to complain, i had given them feedback when that happened. But today marks a very serious violation of food safety. We ordered our usual Saturday order of a vegan rappa and fries with some sauces for takeaway. When we get home and i bite into the wrap it tastes odd, turns out there was CHICKEN in it! Bad experience. Not what you’d expect at a supposed quality controlled franchise. Toilets were unclean, no soap in the dispensers of the women’s OR men’s toilets to my family’s dismay. All three burgers had hardly any vegetables or sauce in them (?cutting costs). When I approached the counter staff (a female Indian staff member. Wish she was wearing a badge so I could write her name here), and politely asked for more sauce because our burgers were dry she wanted to charge me for the sauce. I (also politely) told her I was not willing to pay for a $1 packet of sauce I needed to fix three badly made burgers, she rolled her eyes at me and rudely shoved the sauce packet at me.
