We had an awful experience here. We wanted to have Indian food, so we visited this restaurant. We didn't make a booking; however, there were plenty of empty tables when we showed up. Regardless they offered us the corner of a big table next to the cashier. Needless to say, we felt like two doormats. Another couple, who has booked a table, showed up just after us. They were offered a nice table, and they finished their meals left the place whilst we waited for our entrée. NB. all this time, there were plenty of free tables. We ordered curry, roti, biriyani and masala tea. After hours of waiting, the crappiest masala tea and the biriyani were served to us. All we had was one sip of tea and a spoon of biriyani. Both were inedible. Curry and the roti were not perfect, but we could survive on it. Just avoid this place (the experience will ruin your holiday) because you will be treated bad, served disgusting inedible food after hours of waiting, will be graciously charged for all the food that this inedible.

Visited this place for dinner on Monday evening recently. It looked kind of busy so we decided to seat in balcony outside. We had mix platter as starter and rice, paratha plus two curries (amritsari chole, chicken tikka masala) as mains. The food were well seasoned, tasted good and fresh. The service on this occasion was a bit slow probably because it was busy and short staffed. We only saw 3 staffs on the floor who seemed to be busy all the time while we were there. The time taken even to deliver the drinks was pretty long and was for mains too. The food price are expensive for single diner but is affordable if sharing comparing the portions size. Overall this place at this occasion had a good ambience, average service and good food quality. Best of luck.

Very good establishment. The place is quaint and cosy. Staff very nice and accommodating. We ordered a chicken biryani and beef vindaloo and some naan. All elements of what we ordered were exceptional. The vindaloo was advertised as hot, and it was hot. The beef was cooked well and was very soft and delicious. The meal came with a lot of sauce which could be used on the rice. The chicken biryani was also cooked very well. The flavours were next level. A lot of effort went into these dishes and you could tell. Serving sizes were oversized so lots of leftovers and the meals came out reasonably fast as well. Come here for an excellent Indian experience.

Over the Easter holidays, my husband and I, along with two other couple friends, decided to try out this restaurant. At first glance, everything felt promising — the ambience was warm and inviting, and the starters were absolutely fantastic. We were all excited for a relaxing evening out.

But unfortunately, things started going downhill from there.

We arrived at 5:45 PM and ended up paying the bill just after 8 PM. Since it was a public holiday, we completely understood that the staff might be short and things could take longer than usual. So we were patient — we didn’t question the slow service or the long waits. But the delays were excessive. Each item we ordered took at least 30 minutes to arrive, and by the time the food came out, we honestly couldn’t remember what we had ordered.

At one point, we were even served a dish none of us had asked for. It wasn’t something we ordered, but after waiting that long, we just ate it anyway.

When the bill arrived, we mentioned to the staff that everything else was lovely, but there was one item we didn’t order. Still, we said it was okay — we had eaten it, so we’d pay for it. What disappointed us wasn’t the extra charge, but the staff’s attitude. There was no apology, no thank you — just a cold, “Well, you ate it, so pay for it.”

That response left a bad taste, more than any food could. We weren't looking for a discount or a fight, just a bit of courtesy. A simple “Sorry for the mix-up” would’ve gone a long way.

Sadly, that experience was enough for us to decide that we won’t be going back. The ambience and food might have been great, but service like that is...

I recently dined at this wonderful restaurant, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The food is amazingly delicious, bursting with flavour and depth that tantalizes the taste buds. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, showcasing a perfect balance of ingredients that leave you craving more.

The staff here are a standout feature of the dining experience. They are super friendly and beautifully genuine, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu enhance the overall experience, ensuring that every need is met with a smile.

The ambiance of the restaurant is equally delightful. The resurfacing is cute, warm, and homely, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages you to relax and enjoy your meal. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a cozy spot to unwind, this restaurant offers the perfect setting.

In summary, if you're seeking a dining experience that combines delectable food, exceptional service, and a charming atmosphere, look no further. This gem is a must-visit for anyone in Kiama looking to indulge in a memorable...
