KFC Erina Fair Food Court — Restaurant in New South Wales

Manager that was working Friday around 2:30pm is beyond rude and unhelpful. I ordered a 3 piece hot and crispy meal on the kiosk, when I went to collect my food there was only a small chips and drink. When I asked where the chicken was, I was told I didn’t order it. I explained what I had ordered and showed my bank statement to the manager that showed the price I payed matched the price of the meal. She was immediately standoffish and said that what had come through was only the chips and drink. She had said that the $ difference would bounce back into my account (it hasn’t.) We went in circles and then she said that I had deleted the chicken off my order, why would I? I asked if I could just have my chicken and she said I’d need to pay for it AGAIN. I then asked if I could have a refund instead and she said no as I hadn’t payed for it (I had and was showing her literal proof.) I grew tired of the arguing and blatant disregard from her and left, with no chicken I had paid for, and no refund. An absolute joke, don’t bother with this place. Why should I be without the food I ordered AND out of money, even if it’s a few dollars? Literal robbery. Still can’t believe how utterly rude she was and the lack of interest in assisting was astounding....

Disappointing Experience at KFC Erina Centre Coast NSW

My today's visit to KFC Erina Centre Coast left much to be desired. Upon ordering, I was eagerly anticipating the deliciously crispy chicken that KFC is known for. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. Instead of the promised crispiness, the chicken was drenched in oil, rendering it almost inedible.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, Brody, I was met with defensiveness rather than an apology or a willingness to resolve the issue. His dismissive response that "fresh oil can't be crispy" only added to the frustration of the situation.

Regrettably, my dining experience was marred by the poor quality of the food and the lack of accountability from the management. In the end, I was forced to discard half of the chicken due to its unappetizing state.

Overall, I cannot recommend KFC Erina Centre Coast based on this experience. Hopefully, they can address these issues and improve their standards of quality and customer service...

Staff member taking orders was incompetent, attempted to order food but the young girl on the counter would not listen to me

I had attempted to order a burger and was told they don’t have bacon, I said that’s fine, could I please have the same burger, but instead of bacon could they just put extra cheese on the burger,

From that point the girl was confused and didn’t know what to do, so I tried to explain that she just puts the burger through normally, and tell the kitchen about the change

She decided to try to charge me for a different burger entirely, when I tried to explain that she’s put through a different burger that I didn’t order, she again looked confused at what I was saying
