Not very nice. Twice I've been here (one in the food court and one outside) and ordered the noodles with clear soup and both times have been disappointing. The first time the soup was ok, however when i went to request a take away container, the girl serving just chucked it at me and requested the 20 cents without the service. I was forced to pour the soup into the container right in front of other customers. Quite embarrassing, especially when everyone is staring at you wondering what you're doing. I was more than happy to pay for the container, however if customer's are meant to pay then provide the service. Don't make them pour soup into takeaway containers, potentially getting it all over themselves. Plus provide them with a takeaway plastic bag at least. Second time, chicken was dry and soup tasted old. Plus when I asked for a fork and a spoon from the outside restaurant, it took them over 15 minutes to find one, yet they were just in a box on the cutlery table? Was very confused. In the end was forced to dispose of the food and go to KFC. Waste of $13. The Thai thyme at tuggerah is much better and fresher in my opinion. Will not go back to the erina...
Read moreHad dinner last night and was the worst thai I have had in my life. I asked for the vegan menu. Ordered spring rolls to start. They informed us they were actually fresh rice paper rolls not the fried kind. We thought- no probs! we love rice paper rolls. When they came out we saw they weren't rice paper rolls..they were actually spring roll wrappers that were uncooked! inside was a raw unseasoned piece of tofu and some bean shoots. Had a bite and spat it out. Called over the waitress and she said that's how they are meant to be! To their credit they offered a refund. Next two meals were flavorless, the pad see ew had no soy sauce flavor or seasoning and the basil chilli tasted like it was from a jar. Ordering vegan is no excuse for no flavor. Our 2 local thai places do the most amazing, flavorsome food. I wish we hadn't wasted $70...
Read moreFlipped a coin tonight with my friend to decide on Thai thyme over dragon door and the damn coin let. Us. Down. Waiter girl in the hoodie (which hoodie you ask? As they all have damn hoodies. The Nike hoodie, blonde hair) looked like she just walked in after high school and demanded a job. She has the worst customer service ever. Asked to swap out somethings in the entree four friends and she said cool, then came back and told me I could swap them for cheaper ones and I swapped them again but she still gave me what ever ones she wanted to give me without saying so. Didn’t check on us. Couldn’t give a damn about the bad service and gave the lest sincere apology she could muster. Damn you Nike girl for giving me a curry puff that I didn’t want and damn you coin. I...
