Mad Mex Erina Fair — Restaurant in New South Wales

Had an issue with the far better Mexican food restaurant Guzman Y Gomez (ordered a vegetarian dish and ended up with beef - I am pescatarian so couldn’t eat that). They often get orders wrong.

So decided to try this place. Had a vegetarian grande melt which was boring, uninspired & expensive for the size of it. Ordered extra guacamole, expecting to get it in a container. No, supposedly was already added to the melt but didn’t seem to be very much present for the extra $2. Very disappointing - won’t bother with this place again.

We had an issue with the online order app, and were assisted by a lovely young woman,! Who I believe was the manager. Order wax processed and paid online, but it wasn't going through to the store, so she made up our order and said not to pay, as she didn't want it going through twice. 4 days passdd and no money had come out, so we went back and paid the manager. We were so thankful fir her kindness and help. She was surprised we came 8n and paid, but she helped us and we wanted to do the right thing. Thank you...

It should be noted that this is part of a chain, so it's the same conveyor belt Mexican with the same menu items. That being said, it's fresh, it's freshly made and at a reasonable price. I wasn't wowed by the service but there's nothing to warn you of either. As healthier fast foods go, this place is a good choice, with plenty of flavour. Just watch the extras .... the price adds up, and a wrong choice could add unhealthiness...
