Erina donut king food court Disgusting service I had a free coffee as a reward showed the staff several times then some lady assume manager came over and screamed at me you no have a free which was BS as I did and then tell you have to pay

I tried to explain I did have a free and showed again my reward in the end I took my business elsewhere as service was just terrible

The app showed I had free and staff refused to listen or even scan card to show and kept saying - no free - you pay - the store owners were just greedy and extremely rude I won’t be returning to Donut King stores at Erina Fair as service is appalling and staff are just plain rude and...
