I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered at 7.32pm, waited until 8.02pm until we were given food. 30 minute wait. When ordering, we were advised theyâd run out of strawberries. No problem. So we got the fairy bread snack pack. 30 minutes later, people given our food by accident because staff are clueless.
We are informed they are now out of fairy bread. Perhaps if you didnât serve the delivery hero guy before us, or perhaps if you didnât give our food to another patron there would be a different review.
But to wait precisely 30 minutes and THEN be told youâre out of fairy bread? Over an hour before youâre supposed to close? Perhaps poor management with ordering. Perhaps really bad communication between staff. I donât know.
Perhaps you shouldnât be open during Covid if youâre under prepared and your staff donât work well together. The blonde woman clearly seemed uninterested and couldnât care less about the entire situation.
Very very poor experience overall. No ingredients? Careless staff.

   Read moreI donât usually do this but unfortunately I have to. Tonight myself and my partner and my niece went to have desert. Weâve all been there before so we knew what to expect. As I was ordering the 18 churros and 6dips I could only name 3 sauces and the girl at the counter didnât offer me or suggest any other flavours nor did she offer me the side of banana or strawberries. Along with the churros we all ordered milkshakes. I got the Milk chocolate choc and I didnât realise the chocolate on the cup is rock hard I couldnât enjoy the chocolate as I would have liked. My partner ordered the salted caramel milkshake the salted caramel on the top tasted like topping and it was thick. When the girl brought out the churros they all looked like they were just picked up from the leftovers they werenât even that hot. All the staff were junior staff so they were pretty young all in their own little world took me 10mins to get assistance for takeaway containers because I hate leaving food at the restaurant. For $65.80 it was not worth it at all. Iâm very disappointed...

BUT the service is always bad!!
Todays example, we order online using the QR code on the table at 3:00 (No one else is ordering at the counter but I am too lazy to walk there) and receive a confirmation that the order had been received. 3:11 check and no food so I wander up to the counter who was talking orders for new customers and point out that they had forgotten to make my order, she goes to the printer and finds the slip. I go back to my table and wait. After seeing her bringing out the order that was put in after mine I again go back to the counter to enquire WT is going on with my order and get some attitude. Being short on time (it is now 3:19) I ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded. More attitude and another 10 minutes for three of them to work out how to refund an online and and now my kids are annoyed at me, we are late for our sport and we need to stop for a servo doughnut.
