KFC Erina — Restaurant in New South Wales

BEST KFC IN NSW!!!! If I could give this store 6 stars, I would. I have been working in Terrigal for the past 2 months and as this job is coming to a close, the one thing I will miss most about working in this area is Erina KFC. There are many great things to say about this KFC but the main points are: -The food here is ALWAYS good and CONSISTENT. Every KFC in Sydney is hit or miss at best. This KFC, even during off peak times, the food has always come back perfectly cooked, fresh, hot and tasty. -The drive thru is impossibly quick!!! I don’t know how they do it but the meal is ready before you even get the chance to pay for it. WILD!!!!!!! -The fries are always perfectly salted and hot and the accompanying gravy is never gland -They don’t get orders wrong, which is a huge problem with mostly KFC’s, especially Yagoona KFC (who consistently get orders wrong, every single time. Absolute joke those guys) -Must be a placebo but even their canned drinks taste better 😂😂 -Staff are friendly too

Whenever I have walked in tables and floors are grubby. Tables rarely wiped. I always have to ask. Why are cafes finding it hard to wipe tables??? It’s not that hard. Poorly staffed also dosent help. I ordered a four pack the other day amongst other food. I stipulated 2 x breast pieces and 2 x drumsticks, paid up. Next window I happened to ask if they packed the requested chicken in box. But no, they didn’t have breast or drum pieces. I was so annoyed as I said to the so called young manager “when you ask for particular chicken” you expect to get it. Otherwise tell customer you have run out. No brainer!!! But he didn’t get it at all and rudely closed the window. Crummy so called management skills. I even gave him an example how would he feel arriving home to find what he hadn’t ordered. He was annoyed I would take wings and thighs…pretty bad I thought but ignorant and rude. I am a menulog driver. I had an order to be delivered to Terrigal. So I quickly ordered through kfc app. When I went to restaurant, they said it will be 20 minutes wait for customer's food. I then said it's ok and told them I had ordered for myself, can I please have it? They came and gave my food and I wanted to walk out cause there's no point in waiting 20 minutes for just one delivery. The guy said hey hey hey, you cannot just walk out which was rudely. I told him why not? He said it's your food you are walking with. I said yes. What's wrong. He said no that's not customer food. I said it's mine, and I don't want to wait.
