KFC Grafton — Restaurant in New South Wales

The place is run down, they have very bad customer service, can be rude, long wait times and orders stuffed up regularly. Not just every now and than, but on an everyday basis.

Another run in a month later. Ordered a Honey mustard wrap and double tender burger combo. To my surprise one of there female workers got cheeky and smart when I called there regular meal a medium. And because I questioned why that mattered, I got a cold chicken wrap, burger and chips.

I walked in to a few tables littered with food, that had no intention of being cleaned until closing. The food prep and kitchen was as predictable, rubbish and food scraps on the floor, absolutely filthy with water pooling up.

They constantly forget to put things in your order, I don't know whether purposely or not, they don't do refunds even though most food is un edible, whether because of burnt oil tast, Grease dripping off, cold food.

This is a very badly managed store, the managers need to be sacked, I k ow they aren't on good money, but they knew it wasn't going to be like that and accepted it. The management and employees, little bit few have absolutely no enthusiasm to work and lack basic skills, like hospitality and presentation.

I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs, Macca's and other take away food shops are not like this in Grafton, very disappointing.

Everyone who has a problem, nothing will get done until the truth is out, I've sent an email to the corporate office in French Forest, they are more than happy to hear the truth their number is 02...

To whom it may concern I, Walked into NSW Grafton KFC!!! Ordered burger chips and drink. I Asked 'can you please make sure there is salt on the chips, thanks'. Received order few minutes later. Walked to car, tasted chips....bland no salt!!! What? Walked in again asked for the salt I requested. The 'kid' took the chips, turned, sprinkled some salt and hand them back. I thought great, till I drove off. Tried the chips ..tiniest bit of salt more, faked the shake and all. Then I bite my burger, it's the wrong order....spicy, not what I ordered. Fortunately I was hungry and didn't have time or patience, Mainly, to return AGAIN! This is the second time in weeks at TWO different KFC's. Last one was at Chindera North bound. That one was too obvious that its not a serious business. Music and conversation looked more important. If this is your best service after all these years then it's disappointing to say the least. And don't get me start on the so called cleaning (hygiene? I'm a cleaner!), it's revolting sometimes. I've literally walked out of some of your stores. Ballina for one, Grafton on this occasion was almost respectable. You need to resolve these issues, people are talking all about the sad service. It's sad you have to check your order, Every Single Time!!! Hoping I can still be able to get excited in the future to still be able to say ' let's get some KFC'! Unfortunately it's looking Grim.

This has to be one of the worst KFC I have ever walked into I walked in and noted a lot of customers standing around waiting and one look at the floor that looks like it hasn’t been swept for weeks, I should have walked out there and then but it gets worse from there I order my meal from a kid who looks like he would rather be anywhere but serving me considering I had to tell him no less then 4 times what my order was, and when I asked for a breast piece of chicken as part of my meal I get told “I can’t guarantee you will get that as we don’t take requests as to what people want” right ok?? Wait 20mins for my food while the foyer is full of frustrated customers while there is staff behind the counter looking lost When I did finally get my meal I walked over to tables missing chairs, chairs at tables that feel like they are going to collapse. When I opened my meal, no spoon and a piece of chicken I couldn’t even identify, I went back asked for a spoon and asked for a breast piece of chicken when a woman I am assuming must be a duty manager of some sort stares at me and tells me “the piece of chicken is random and you get what you get” followed by the young kid who served me earlier just point to the other end of the counter where I find the spoons

What sort of place is this, certainly ain’t to standard of even my most average KFC I have been i Won’t be back here to eat next time I...
