Woeful! I came up to Grafton to visit my Brother who is ill and brought my Mother with me. My Brother recommended Toast for Sunday Brunch. We went ordering coffees and Breakfasts. There was some confusion re the coffee order and the female staff member when through the order and specifically mentioned my Mother's Raisin Toast. The coffees arrived then the Breakfasts. I asked why the Eggs Benedict and Big Breakfast had arrived but not the Raisin Toast?? A male staff member offered to check and subsequently returned telling us it wasn't on the docket (i.e. our fault for not ordering it). We were stunned. Not only had the previous staff member confirmed that it had been ordered but the second person obviously LIED through their teeth to generate an excuse why it was late.We waiting until the toast arrived, ate our meals and left. They have just missed out on a week's worth of patronage at approx $120 per visit. One star because I had to in order to post -...

I had the the fritter bowl over a year ago, and again today. Absolutely the best corn&zucchini fritters I've ever had. I stopped years ago ordering flat corn fritters as seemed to be always bland. These fritter balls are sensational. Beautiful smooth tasting large coffee. And the staff were great, Jemma is one of the most positive chatty staff member we have met. She's a huge asset to the business. I know there's been a few bad reviews, I just read through 30 of them. It pays to read between the lines, and look at those customers previous reviews of other business. Some customers have nothing but 1 star reviews of any business. And prefer to be keyboard warriors, than chat to friendly helpful staff to work any issue out. Well done team "Toast" you're an assist to Grafton.

In another note, it looked like the only place the contractors down the Rd were eating at. I'd say they do...

Large cafe this one. It was recommended to us by people in the chemist! There is ample seating inside on two levels. Very nice outdoor area on the street as well. We sat inside at the front near the open window. The slight breeze was welcome.

We were hungry after a lengthy drive. The server recommended the eggs benedict with bacon. She was spot on. The dish had really good flavour. The bearnaise sauce was thrillingly lavish and flavorsome. Loved the bacon as well which had good flavour as well and the hardness of the toast near sent me into raptures. Good honest dish this one. I enjoyed it. My partner’s self composed dish - soba noodles and caesar salad with smoked salmon - went down a treat as well. Service was good throughout and the dishes were served quickly.

Good place. ...

I called in here for lunch and had the Toast Cook Up. While I can’t definitively say it’s the best big breakfast in Grafton, I can say unequivocally it’s the best I’ve had - I’ve tried quite a few others on work trips up here. The cafe was super busy when I arrived, but I didn’t have to wait long either for my order to be taken, or for my food to arrive. More importantly, it was delicious as well as being abundant. I’m a pretty big eater when I’m hungry, and this left me full as a goog. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended to me by a local and it didn't disappoint. It was packed, but we managed to snare a table outside......next to the business stop. Whilst we didn't get any exhaust fumes, it seems to be a stop where the buses wait to let time catch up. The very chocolatey coffee came quickly, followed by the tasty bacon and egg muffin. The massive BLT wasn't far behind, and my Grandson commented on how delicious it was after he devoured it. Prices are reasonable. Service efficient and friendly.
