Our first order from this fairly new Pizza Hut branch was a pizza that arrived on time but was so underdone and soggy that we had to put it in our own oven to cook further. Not very nice at all! Made a comment/complaint on their Facebook site and got a friendly reply from Pizza Hut customer service people who were very nice and helpful, BUT it would appear that so called customer service does not in fact have much say over the individual branches as six (yes 6) messages later the matter was still not resolved satisfactorily.    Read moreGot my delivery was missing part of it so he had to go back to get the rest and then the rest of the order was wrong.Rang and spoke to the manager LACHLAN and he says he will take delivery fee off but the whole order was wrong and had already waited 35 minutes and then he says he will put it in and be another 25 minutes.Family waiting to eat and getting angry ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere.Being a business owner myself I have to say the customer relations to customers when they are wrong is very poor and there is no way I would have it in my business.The manager...

Called again the next day spoke with the manager (presume the owner) who advised would investigate and call me back.
