Nice outdoorish venue at Park Beach Plaza. Has a good range of drinks which after ordering at the counter are delivered to your table. A popular venue most times of the day. Must say I rarely eat there as no cheaper items are available on the menu which is a shame as nice to have a cake, tart or toast with a coffee of a morning but for a regular customer it just gets too dear. Sometimes I find service at the order counter to be very slow. Yes they will say its because customers take a while to order but my reply is hey we want to get to work so why not put an extra staff member on the counter for those busy times just reallocated from serving staff. Plenty of free parking at Park Beach Plaza including now some covered parking as well as the multi storey car park. Perhaps a " daily special" like so many of the opposition cake & coffee for $7? I am sure your regular customers would appreciate that and remember many of Coffs Harbour population is in the lower income brackets along with a large % of grey nomads and locally retired people. It also is very popular during the Coffs Coast round of the World Rally Championship each November. Clubs such as the Coffs Harbour & District Motorcycle Restorers Club also use Silvio's as a regular coffee stop over. Maybe your business could have a regular customers discount or...

Staff were all very lovely but I was really disappointed with the food and the prices. I am not a fussy eater, but I ordered the calamari and ended up with a tasteless squishy slop. I could not figure out what was wrong with the taste of it. But it didn't taste like it had been fried as it should have, the batter had absolutely no flavour and the calamari itself tasted squishy. And no matter, how much salt and pepper I added to it, I still could not get any flavour out of it..... was very strange. The side salad became the main part of my meal as I really couldn't bear eating the calamari. I repeat, I am not a fussy eater, so it was strange for me to leave a meal with so much of it leftover. My family and I thought we would try the food here. We usually go to Oliver Brown in the mall, which is closer to Target. The food there is fantastic and have always found the price very impressive. I paid nearly double what I would have paid for at Oliver Brown for a meal we really didn't enjoy and for the same amount of things.... price at Oliver Brown for 4 x drinks and 4 x meals was $85, price here for 4x drinks and 4 x meals was $125. The quality were better at Oliver Brown for $40 less.... Nice coffee and great staff but unfortunately, the food and prices are way under par and I won't be...

I’ve given this establishment ago a few times since it opened and the one element that continues to let it down is the service or lack there of! The reception received from waitress’s is cold at best. These ladies seem to think they are doing us a favour by making coffee and taking orders.

FYI girls the paying customers who come in are how your bosses pay your wages, perhaps try being a little more attentive than being concerned with socialising with each other and while I’m at it, stop putting your hands over the the top of the coffee cups not only is it revoltingly unhygienic there’s a bloody world wide pandemic going that you may have heard about it...........

Won’t be back again for a while.

BTW the pizza today lacked flavour but I will say the coffees and pizzas I’ve had before have been great.

I love going out to eat and supporting local businesses and jobs but I want my monies worth and this flash looking restaurant is a constant letdown...........

In short Silvio’s is dressed to impress but fails to deliver, unfortunately a massive let down that could easily be rectified with better management and...

A great brekkie spot with welcoming vibes! Dropped into Silvio’s Italiano at Park Beach Plaza around 11 AM with my partner, and we were pleasantly surprised. She had poached eggs on sourdough with bacon, I went for three fried eggs with the same setup—both meals were fresh, tasty, and cooked just right. We grabbed large takeaway coffees that were smooth and full of flavour. Staff were quick, friendly, and got our order sorted in no time. The place was clean, well-kept, and had a relaxed feel. Only a minor hiccup? A local older gentleman, one table over loudly banging on and on and on over speakerphone about his role aiding his daughter’s house-hunting expedition. Not exactly the soundtrack of choice—but no fault of the venue, just a reminder that some folks think they’re in their lounge room, not a café. All up, solid food, good prices, and a nice atmosphere. I would happily recommend for a relaxed bite to eat in Coffs.

Poor quality food and v overpriced for what it is. We ordered takeaway, and all I can say is, if you like your Italian food stodgy, and predominately made of greese, this is the place for you. The lack of fresh, clean, flavours was disappointing. The pizza didn’t taste, or have the texture of, wood-fired. We ordered the ‘truffle’ pizza and there wasn’t even an aroma of truffle oil. We ordered both the normal, and gluten-free bases, and both were like eating oily cardboard. And - the cherry on the cake - they charged $9 for four slices of white bread (!), smothered in plastic-tasting cheese(their version of ‘GF cheesy garlic bread’). I hate to say it, but even Woolies sells better gluten-free garlic bread. And cheaper. Photo attached is of their garlic bread. Very disappointed based on how many good reviews this place has online.
