Subway — Restaurant in New South Wales

It's a real shame when a business goes to the trouble of investing in a beautiful refurbishment of its store but the standard of food and service goes down the toilet. 12" white roll (the staple) was stale ! Daily Juice bottles and flavoured milk were out of date by up to SIX days which means their juice and milk fridge hadn't been checked for almost a week. Which explains the stale bread ! The pleasent young store worker who was working alone did not know what a BLT was and when I said a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato roll I had to repeat it 3 times and even then I had no idea what he said in reply. So I changed my juice to a fizzy drink (yuk) and threw most of my stale badly made 12" roll in the bin to be left with 2 cookies the size of a $0.20 piece ! After being a regular for years ...Never again, simply terrible! But a fantastic looking shop, just don't eat...

The service was disgusting they were very rude I pay for my food and I expect my food to be the way I want it and I am willing to pay they count the olives and the grated cheese was very little amount was put on when I asked for them to put a little bit more on top they charge me $3.50 extra and when I complained they had the time to send my work an email saying that I was rude so never walk into the West Gosford stare in your work shirt and complain as your work place will receive an email saying that you were rude and disruptive all I asked for is them to put the right amount of cheese on and make my food that I pay good money for the way I like it I do think I have the right to get my $28 dollar sandwich the...

This place is a joke been in here a few times now and ever time it's been a bad experience But what I experienced today was something else I got over charged for my sub's and out of the 5 hopeless staff no one could work out how to refund me Then the rudeness given to me when I left the store with it packed and the staff yelling to me have a nice day being smart is a joke who ever the manager is at that joint would want to sort the staff out I'll Neva be back And I'd say to anyone drive another 2 minutes down the road and go to west gosford shopping...
