I'm am absolutely apauled and disgusted by the disrespect I have just received from the " manager " of this subway branch. She was too out of it to pay any form of attention or to do her job, she then put the wrong sauce on my children's subway which was spicy, when I told her that this wasn't okay she then proceeded to drown the sub in the sauce originally asked for to cover up her mistake. She then proceeded to tell me I had asked for the wrong thing and it wasn't her fault and brought her coworker in as a " whiteness" to corroborate a lie which was aimed to cover up her incompetence.
When asked for her name she failed to provide, when asked to call her boss to sort this all out, she refused to give me his number and disappeared out the back and left her poor coworker to remake the sub.
This is absurd behaviour and the workers in here today should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. This was a putrid display of incompetence and arrogance and I will be making a formal complaint as soon as I can get in contact with the boss who seams to have his number hidden by...
