I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at Sushi Hub, Shop 1010, located on the ground floor of Westfield Tuggerah, NSW 2259. On Monday 03rd November late afternoon at approximately 3:27pm ( 15:27) I placed an order for several sushi items and drinks peach tea and water bottle (receipt can be obtained attached). Upon receiving my order, I noticed that,the drinks water bottle and the peach tea I had ordered was wrong and was not cold. I politely asked Billy the staff member who served me, whose name tag Billy, to swapped it with the bottle of cold water and the ice lemon tea was supposed to be ice peach tea. Billy appeared very angry, took a water bottle and the peach tea from the fridge, and slammed it hard forcefully onto the counter. The bottle bounced and almost hit me in the face. I was frightened and told Billy that his behaviour towards a customer was unacceptable, and Billy responded aggressively **
I immediately asked him to speak with the manager, who came and she ( the manager ) said sorry but Billy behaviour continues to be aggressive. I told to the manager that this type of services conduct is not acceptable and that Billy’s aggressive actions and language can not be tolerated, especially I was with my children at the time after school who becomes very frightened and upset to experiencing this incident.
There are CCTV cameras in that area of sushi Westfield centre and that should have recorded the footage of this incident. There are also customers around witnessed this incident. I have reported this matter to Westfield Centre Management and will be lodging a police report as I consider this incident to be both verbally abusive and a physical assault to slammed the bottles on the counter right in front of my face that nearly hit my face. I kindly ask that Sushi Hub Head Office review this incident and take appropriate action to address this matter especially with the staff member Billy. This is not the first time Billy aggressively serving me with that aggressive manner and Billy needs to be held accountable His not fit for his job to serve the customer with his aggressive manner. Billy should not be allowed to serve Customers aggressively. Customer should feel safe and respected when visiting your store. Billy is potentially dangerous to the local community to assault me and physically aggressive to a customer.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps being taken in relation to this incident.

My son wanted to be at the train as it was what he asked to do for his birthday, as a single mum going through family drama, sushi train is costly for me so that was all he could do for his birthday and yet because we were seated at the table we were not aloud to then take then next available seat at the train as it was offered to other customers next in line. There's was 0 care or understanding of this for my son who is already struggling. I will never be back! My suggestion will be made to whoever speaks...

The staff over charged me by $ 0.80. I know its not much but when I enquire, they informed me that they have upped the price. Mind you their menu booklet clearly stated the price of each items they sell. To which the register lady replied "oh, that's old menu!' Sorry guys but I am a paying customer, you promoted this menu not just in one spot but two. How on earth would I know it is an old menu.
