Located just outside the entrance to Woolworths on level one of the Imperial Centre, The Coffee Emporium is a popular cafe/ take away beverage place serving the local Gosford population. After placing my order at the counter with a friendly staff member, I didn't need to wait long for my avocado toast to arrive. It was quite a satisfactory breakfast, consisting of a well toasted white bread slice topped with mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbed feta and a balsamic glaze. A surprise but welcomed addition was toasted pepita seeds. Poached eggs are not included. There aren't too many cafes in downtown Gosford, but the Coffee Emporium is more than satisfactory.

So much more than just a coffee emporium. Great food, great central location, REALLY REALLY REALLY switched-on professional staff, and Peter the franchise owner is absolutely hyper-vigilant about so many elements of the customer experience... Yeah, I know. That last bit is real bit of ****y management speak, but it truly is a focus he has at looking after the experience of the customers. And it translates to his amazing staff (Bronte and Melissa, to name just two). We just need malted milkshakes! ;-)

Nestled in the Imperial Shopping Centre in Gosford, the Coffee Emporium is a haven for coffee aficionados. We're enamored by their exceptional coffee, crafted with care and expertise. The service is always friendly, making us feel welcome and valued. And let's not forget about their delectable omelettes, a perfect complement to the aromatic brew. For a delightful coffee experience and delicious omelettes, the Coffee Emporium is our go-to spot in Gosford.

Have long enjoyed the Coffee Emporium's service, value, and quality. Recently, though, prices have gone up while quality and service have gone down. There is a young brunette who works in the afternoons when I grab a coffee after work who is consistently surly and I have never enjoyed a coffee she's made me. Having an off day is one thing, but she's never had a smile to share with me, and her tone when speaking to customers is very rude and short. She always sounds like she just wants you to go away. Customer service isn't for everyone, and I understand it can be very taxing, but I don't enjoy being scowled at and belittled when I patronise a small business. The service at the Maccas downstairs is better, the coffee is cheaper, and the quality is about the same now. Why shouldn't I take my...
