Food so good i got seconds!!

Had just gone to eat some fast food/snacks when I saw Chicken V and was like "you know what let me try it"

I decided to try the Honey Butter pot rice with a side of onion rings

It was extremely good, the rice was fluffy and full of flavour, the chicken was extra crispy with a nice balance of honey taste, and the salad was a good compliment to the overall food

the onion rings were good as well, as they were crunchy and not a strong onion flavour.

Food was so good I had to go compliment the chef for the food, and i even ordered a second serving of Honey Butter pot rice.

will definitely be eating here again, with and without my friends and family.

Came here on a busy lunch and greeted by the nice lady working the front counter. Ordered fried chicken (original only), an udon soup and a spicy pork rice cup. Given it's location I admittedly wasn't expecting too much but 1) the chicken is pretty damn delicious and well cooked, juicy and crispy without being greasy, 2) the spicy pork rice had a nice side salad and good balance of flavour and finally 3) the udon was cooked reeeeally well, typically I find these overly salty and the noodles overcooked. I don't know if my hunger influenced my experience but I was really pleasantly surprised and enjoyed this meal. Can confirm...

We have been munching on Chicken V for the last few years after finding it when we moved to Gosford. It has been a go to lunch meal after a busy day at work. Since we've moved away from the area we are so sad it doesn't reach us on doordash! We almost always grab a chicken and rice cup when in the area because the chicken is always crunchy, seasoned great and owners are lovely and polite. Definitely recommend the seasoned chicken the most, you can't go wrong with it.
