Went to the local bakers delight today to get my bread. Always been such friendly staff and made friends with a few girls there. This morning I was served by one of the rudest staff members I’ve come across. She was so disrespectful and then was talking about me to her co-worker because i accidentally said “bread slice” instead of toast or sandwich. She stormed off and said “the person over there bloody said bread slice, she doesn’t even know the different between the two”. I said to her when she came back “you should’ve just told me. Is your manager here” She replied saying “we don’t have a manager” and then continued to be rude to me the whole experience saying you “yelled bread in my face” I’m a manager myself and not once raised my voice or was rude.
