By far one of the best venues I have experienced. Coming up from Sydney a tucked away is one of Raymond Terrace's hidden "treasures". As you walk through the doors, smell the fantastic food and take in the outback nature, you are greeted with some of the friendliest smiles the country has to offer. I was welcomed by staff, locals and not to mention the locals even gave me a hand unloading my vehicle. The addition of "The Table" to this pub has really brought the place up, especially in terms of providing Raymond Terrace with more culturally diverse cuisines. Both the Filipino and Thai menus are great, and come at a reasonably price point.

If this was a review for "The Table" on it's own, this would be 5 stars, but the pub of "The Clare Castle" is the let down. If you're a local, or a regular, you'll be fine. Recently enjoyed a delicious & very generous Thai lunch here. So generous we both had to get containers to take home. I had the chicken cashew nut & it was succulent & full of fresh veggies. I ordered rice & two people could've easily shared it. Hubby had the Pad See Eaw with vegetables & Tofu. They can do vegan & Gluten Free or accommodate other allergies as well.
