Dined in the Bistro. Roast Pork baked, veg and Mexican topped Snitty. The pork is a large generous serve, but chunks almost slabs I can only pressure to prevent drying out still overcooked and whilst the gravy was tasty it was drowned all over the meal which left no space to savour the apple sauce . The carrots were poor quality, huge juicing carrots and the corn wheel cut down to rows of kernel in size, the beans were tossed on more like a garnish and the chat potato steamed and browned. So overall the only item roasted was the Pork not a traditional "baked dinner". The Snitty was large, I presume double crumbed and looked moist ish and the topper was the hero. The vege same as with the baked dinner. At first we sat in front of the Bistro counter which is a very dimly lit spacious environment but I moved to a more bright and light dining area to the side which also has an outdoor area with a fake Rockwall, waterfall atmosphere and plants, really beautiful. Sadly to the side of that indoors is a fabulous child play area but in that vicinity a very strong odor of cigarettes and I noticed that any other areas where it's not permitted. Must just waft threw. Overall it was nice and something for everyone

Came here for a little catch up with some friends and the bistro area was massive. The menu is extensive and had heaps of options. I ordered Caesar salad with grilled chicken and the portion was generous. I found it to be a bit too saucey and a lot of meat in it so maybe a little too "meaty" for a salad, I probably should have ordered it without the additional grilled chicken. Service was great and this place has nice decorations and great services so I would return :)

We went to the bistro for the first time since it has changed. Absolutely love the new dining experience. There were a few things on the menu I wanted to try but I couldn't pass up the salmon cakes (patties) and it wasn't a let down. Nice and fresh salad with peaches and mulberries I believe and fetta. The salmon cakes were flavoursome. Had such a good time and we will definitely return again soon.

Considering the graph says that at the very moment the club is not too busy, 17 minutes, was all I was prepared to waste while being put on hold before anybody answered the phone. I could l be here all night if I hold on. This review will take some time to write, so I will see if I will answer the phone.

My membership now has lapsed because they did the medical discrimination against unvaccinated people. They fail to realise that the people who were not vaccinated but usually the people who were keeping socially isolated for a couple of years..

The club keeps records of who returns for who does not return, so they should very easily be able to determine whether a person with cancer who cannot be vaccinated has been out on the town spreading viruses or whether they're on their way home from the hospital after cancer treatment and wants a a meal from the bistro.

After all everyone had to wear masks until they ate and double vaccinated people may have been vaccinated so long ago that their vaccinations were worthless anyhow!

This club was quite huge and a lot of people avoided the club even once it was open for business after covid closures.. My friend who attends regularly said that the place was quite sparse.

The attitude of this club that decided to put up prices for the meals quite considerably, failed to answer the telephone at off peak period, and had exhibited discrimination without reasonable fear, and not even considering a goodwill gesture to members who have not yet been able to visit during covid yet paid their memberships, has demoted this place in my opinion.

It has made a wastage of their comfortable facilities and their space and the variety of functions that that club can offer.

It has insulted the members who have paid for membership, and would have paid for their meals and support them hide the members been respected ny the club. We realise that your club is operating at reduced capacity, but it's not right that you can give capacity to some and not others who were paid members until a few weeks ago.

If ever this world gets back to normal again and these people answer the phone and let us know whether they have changed their dogmatic policy despite the fact that 2 months and more after the state government said that there will be no restrictions regarding vaccination status, if I return I won't be doing it out of respect or excitement, but simply out of convenience.

Nobody has answered the phone yet. I'm a walking disabled person and did not want to cross the road, catch elevators to get to the front and get turned away from meeting a friend who would come along also, if your policies have not...

This is a mixed review. We went for a family dinner, 6 adults, 3 kids, at the Chophouse followed by dessert at the chocolate bar.

The Chocolate bar was outstanding - Callebaut chocolate really is everything it's said to be, and it was a perfect finish. Five star.

Unfortunately, the Chophouse was a disappointment. Although we booked an early table and were actually first to be seated, it was more than an hour til mains arrived, and many tables seated after us had been served and left. The service was friendly, though the table did run out of water - which sounds like a small thing but with mains in the 30-40 dollar range, you expect better. And unfortunately, the food did not live up to the prices either. The Chophouse lived up to its namesake, in as much as everyone enjoyed their meat portions - good sizes, well prepared, good complements in sauces and crumbs. But all of the sides were poor - the chips were overcooked, the onion rings undercooked to the point of being raw, the roast potatoes dry and chalky, the beans undercooked, the sauces watery. The meats keep this above a 2, but only barely. 3-star.

If not for the chocolate shop, I probably wouldn't go back, but if I do I'll definitely check out one of the other restaurants they offer, instead. The menu on the Asian restaurant...
